[which is to say that yes, i did because i'm lazy.]

i.
[there sure is a candy house right in the forest.

and there sure is what looks to be a pale-skinned teenage boy casually tearing off a piece of it, before holding it up to the light to examine it.]

... A house constructed of food seems like such a waste to me...

[this does not stop him from now trying to eat the piece, because he apparently has no sense of self-preservation.]

iii.
[Quest 33:
Feed the Cockatrice.
Requirements: 2 of any color.

for whatever bizarre reason, you're working with gandharva (or ruva, as he's going by) i guess?? they've been traipsing through the forest for a while, gandharva seemingly unbothered by all the forest-ness. then, he speaks up, an innocent expression on his face.]

By the way, I have a question.

[a beat.]

... What exactly is a cockatrice, anyway?

[THEY'VE BEEN IN THIS FOREST FOR LIKE. AN HOUR ALREADY.]

iv.
[anyway he's chucking his picture book right into the harbour.

bye!!]

I
[It's a lovely day—the kind perfect for a cup of coffee and some sweets. Whether you're outside of the cafe, though, or already inside—well, you might notice one (1) weirdo pressed up against the window, peering into the building with a wide-eyed look.]

...

[Nothing to see here, move along—]

II
[Kai and Master seemed to enjoy it, so why not give it a try...?

And that's how Bruno ended up sitting on the edge of a fountain, tossing out pigeon feed. This would be great, except none of the pigeons are approaching.]

Why...!? Why will they not come to me?

[WHY DO ANIMALS HATE HIM.

... In any case, after it becomes clear that this is a failure, he turns to the nearest person and holds out the bag of feed.]

Would you like it? It appears I have no use for it.

III
[Evening falls upon the town, and—]

Thief!

[As a man grasping a book runs by, weaving into an alleyway, Bruno's call rings out in the air—with Bruno in pursuit of said thief. Help him out, Y/N??]

[It'd be a nice day today, if it weren't for the heat. Still, it's bearable, if you have common sense. Stay hydrated, don't wear heavy clothing, etc.

Ferim doesn't have common sense.

And the thing is—well, his outfit? It made him to carry him through the Ice Ages. At that time, he'd learned the valuable lesson of "human bodies don't react well when exposed to freezing temperatures". On the other hand, he has little experience with warm days, and so, at first, he's confused. Why is his body so sluggish????

Then, it occurs to him that oh. He's overheating.

AND THEN HE COLLAPSES ONTO THE GROUND.]

A:
[It's late at night, a time where few else are awake, or at least few are out on the streets. This would be because it's reaching dangerously close to the curfew imposed when the town—and the country as a whole—was invaded not long ago, meaning few dare to step out now (so what are you doing out here, huh?).

Clearly, this is the best time to find dead bodies.

... Two dead bodies, to be exact, and those of soldiers. And look, you even caught the assailant at the scene of the crime: a young man holding a bloody sword (though no sheath—the only ones with such a thing are the corpses, indicating where the weapon may have come from), spare hand pressed to his side where red spreads. It's fairly obvious that he's injured, from the way he's bent over, expression tense in pain. He's also bleeding badly; it could very well be a fatal wound.

Do you help the person who, for all you know, is some psycho serial killer, or do you run away (or none of the above)??]

B-i:
[Who even knows what's going on, but you're sick??? And you should be in bed, but you're not for whatever reason, you crazy person, which happens to be the point where your handy caretaker Jiros walks into the room, holding a bowl of soup.

Pausing, he stares, before blandly:]

I would advise against your current action of choice. A lack of proper rest will only delay your illness further.

B-ii:
[Alternatively, Jiros is sick and you're the one looking after him, and he's apparently a massive hypocrite because guess who's not resting??? Instead, despite being pale(r than usual) and looking unsteady on his feet, he's picking up his bow, suggesting that he's about go out and shoot things.

... For training, okay!! Nothing questionable!!! But either way, he's... not resting...]

WILDCARD:
[idk do whatever]
