Wellness Coaching Services

I am a wellbeing coach. I am not a physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare professional.

My coaching services focus on wellbeing, emotional resilience, identity, and navigating life transitions, particularly for women in midlife and those living abroad. My work is educational, reflective, and supportive in nature.

I do not provide medical care, mental health therapy, psychiatric services, or nutritional therapy. I do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional condition.

The information provided on this website, in coaching sessions, workshops, programs, emails, social media, or other materials is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider licensed in your jurisdiction before making decisions related to your health. Do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking medical advice because of information you have read on this website. Do not start or stop medications without consulting your healthcare provider.

No Coach – Client Relationship

Use of this website, including accessing free resources, blog posts, emails, downloads, or workshop participation, does not establish a coach – client relationship between you and Finding Your Ease. A formal coaching relationship is only established through a signed agreement and mutual consent.

I make no guarantees about the outcomes of coaching, workshops, or information provided. Individual results vary and depend on many factors, including your personal effort, circumstances, and commitment.

International & Expat Considerations

My work often supports women living internationally or navigating life abroad. However, laws, healthcare systems, and professional regulations vary by country and jurisdiction.

Workshops & Group Experiences

Workshops and group experiences are educational and experiential in nature. They may involve reflective exercises, facilitated discussions, and personal exploration. Emotional responses may arise during these processes.

Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for choosing your level of engagement and for taking care of your physical and mental wellbeing during and after any workshop or group experience.

These workshops are not a substitute for psychiatric, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment. If you are currently under the care of a healthcare provider, you are encouraged to consult with them before participating.
