Our story
FinDock began in 2014 by helping nonprofits manage recurring donations in Salesforce. We saw that payments weren’t just operational processes – they were the foundation of donor relationships and trust.
We’ve seen how effective our approach is for nonprofits, improving the donor experience and making it easier for teams to manage payment data.
By consolidating key payment processes in Salesforce, FinDock strengthens both customer experience and payment operations, creating transparency, trust, and stronger connections between organizations and their supporters.
We’re now extending this approach to other sectors – from housing authorities to insurers and membership groups – helping them achieve the same balance of clarity and control across the payment journey.
