A welcome from the CEO – Fire Australia 2026
Fire Australia has always been more than a conference. It is a meeting place for the people, ideas and organisations working to strengthen Australia’s fire safety outcomes. As we look toward FY26, we do so with a renewed sense of purpose and an expanding agenda – one that reflects both the complexity of our environment and the capability of our industry to meet it.
Fire Australia 2026 marks a significant moment in that journey. Returning to Melbourne, we are shaping a program that brings together practitioners, policymakers, researchers and innovators to examine the systems, decisions and responsibilities that underpin effective fire protection. Our focus remains clear: practical insights, evidence-based solutions, and conversations that help lift the standard of practice across the nation.
Delegates will experience an expanded technical program, deeper specialist content streams, and a tradeshow that reflects the scale and diversity of our sector. Most importantly, FA26 creates the space for open dialogue – between disciplines, between industry and government, and between emerging and established leaders.
