Veyle (Japanese: ヴェイル Veyre) is a mysterious girl who travels the continent of Elyos in search of her missing sibling, carrying a stone they gifted her as a good-luck charm. When she notices an attack on Florra Mill Town, Veyle rushes in to assist the people living there, saving Alear's life from a Corrupted in the process. The two become friends afterwards, and Veyle continues to help Alear along their journey to gather the Emblem Rings. She is an altruistic and heroic character, unaccustomed to being treated with kindness and desperate for friendship, and always willing to explore new possibilities.
