Can I Transfer From The Cloud Platform To WordPress?
Yes you can elect to transfer your website out of our cloud platform and into a WordPress development envirnment should you choose so for a $500 transfer/configuration fee.
Can I Update The Domain Of My Website Once My Website Is Built?
Flagship Web Studio allows you to easily point a new domain name to your website should you choose to do so. Ask your account manager if you need any assistance!
Do I Need To Do Any Maintenance Or Updates To My Website Like With WordPress?
No, other than occasional updates to your website content or blog there is no need to update software versions, plugins or anything else when you use our Cloud Website Service saving you time and money!
Are There Any Fee's For Being On The Flagship Web Studio Platform?
Yes, there is a nominal $20/mo hosting/platform access fee to have your website hosted on our server. If you prefer to host your own website it is better to select our WordPress Website Development services instead.
What Happens If I Stop Paying For Hosting?
If you let your hosting payments lapse for over 30 days your website may be disconnected from your domain and no longer accessible until your account is up to date. But don’t worry we retain all your website data and your design until you are ready to re-active the website.
Can Someone Help Me Edit My Website For Me?
Yes, if you need assistance in editing your website after launch, contact your website project manager to request a quote for a member of our team to handle any edit requests you may have for an hourly fee.
