XML Loading problem?

I finally finished my little portfolio, but now I have a new problem! :)

When I preview this in Flash, it works perfectly. But if I try to view it outside of Flash (even the swf in the original folder with everything it could possibly need), the Gallery will not load images. It looks like it's about to load them, but it just hangs there. I don't even know where to begin on this problem....

Any thoughts?
