I am starting to get into flash remoting with the end result being some type of multi-user deal. I would like to start out with a simple version of something like this: http://web.okaygo.co.uk/apps/letters/flashcom/

I can find no how-to's on this type of flash development. With this if you open two browsers you will see that the movements take place about a half second after you actually move the letters. Do you think it is calling a function every half-second or so to check the positions ? Would the varaibles be stored in actionscript or, using flash remoting, a .net page....or database?

Thoughts...ideas...nudges??
