Flash "Alt" Mouseovers

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone knows how to make it when you rollover something in Flash (im using MX) you can get a popup box that says something. Like the Alt text for an image in HTML, but in Flash. It should appear right by the mouse, not just a rollover for a button.

If anyone can help me out, it'd be greatly appricated. Thanks

P.S. - If anyone cares, I figured out my scene loading problem.
