Level Above

I'm looking to arrange a symbol to the front using AS2. I've read this can be done with this.arrange("front"). My problem is my AS2 is in symbol in the symbol so I need to call it similar to levelbefore.arrange("front").

Can any one tell me the right code for referring to the level above?
