Color discrepancies
Does anyone know why a color in flash that uses the same exact hex/RGB code as a color in photoshop would look about 3 shades lighter? I can't seem to get the right color results in flash to match the designs I comped in photoshop...

Treading into new territory: How to Flash Help
Hey Folks,

I'm working on building myself a ebusiness and found a wonderful template I wish to use. It is in flash however. So, I downloaded the free trial of Adobe Flash CS3 and opened up the source files for the template to see if I could trail and error my way to the end result. However, it turns out to be much more complicated than I originally thought. So, can anyone suggest a good beginner's manual? Either a book I need to pick up at the store, or some online stuff, or whatever. I'd appreciate it greatly. Thanks.
