Tutorial recommendations for Flash MX 2004

Does anyone know any killer Flash MX 2004 tutorials out there? I've stumbled across a number of tutorials designed around Flash MX or so - i.e., Flash Kit.com and other such links.

Any particular books that people highly recommend for someone just starting out?

The biggest thing I'm interested in is if anyone knows where to find/get multimedia training concerning Flash.
