-:- tutorials

i am taking a class at college for macromedia flash mx. i need it for my degree but i am actually enjoying flash a lot more than i thought i would. i do have a question though.

i have an assignment:
pick a site with a basic [beginner/intermediate] level tutorial. walk through all the steps in the tutorial to create a very simple flash movie.


i've been looking around and i can't find anything that i like. it doesn't need to have a purpose, but i was something that looks good, has nice movement, stimulating to the eye type of thing. a tutorial for flash 4-mx should be fine. i should be able to figure it out.

so i was curious to see if anyone here had some tutorials - or could link me to some good ones.
