I am as new as they come :D

I am brand spankin' new to the whole world of Flash programming, what are some books, sites and well prayers you suggest to help me learn how to do the basic stuff, as well as maybe some of the fun stuff :D. I plan on using this for mostly graphic type things, and would like to make movies eventually, or nifty flashy banners *I am so in with the lingo as you can tell ;D* anyway thanks :D
