mailto links in text blocks

Hi guys, long time stalker, first time poster.

I was wondering if any of you have ever tried making a mailto link in a text block in one of your movies (like this), and if so, how did you do it? I checked the help files and unfortunately, in this case, they were no help. It said I should put the mailto:et@ectera.net in the link field on the instance properties window, but when I published my movie, it kept trying to open safari. I've looked on the web for other tutorials, but I couldn't find one for text links. At least, not one I could get to work.

If anyone has done this in their own work and has a suggestion about how best to go about it, I would appreciate your advice. Thanks
