Random b/g music

Is there any actionscripting for Flash MX of having random backround sounds where it would change after a certain amount of time or is that only can be done with like a player on the interface where u have to change the song manually cuz i want random tracks to be played swapping after a certain amount of time for the flash interface that my group is gonna created. I'm assigned with action scripting part of flash so yeah if you understand what I mean I would really REALLY apppreciate any assistance or any tutorials you may know of..
