graphics in flash movie squishing

I am creating a flash website and I went to test it and the graphics seem to be getting distorted for some reason. In flash they look fine. I imported a png banner from fireworks.

I consider myself fairly new to flash but I did take classes for it. I do need more practice though.

If anyone can help thatd be great.
