Question

This may seem like a blindingly stuipd question, and it is, really. But I'm brain farting here, so humor me, okay?

I'm creating a simple application in flash, and am going to be publishing it as a runable executable file. Now, here's the stupid part: Is the flash player required to be installed to run that file?

See, I told you it was stuipd, but for the life of me I don't know!
