I have a terrible case of the Mondays..

Okay there are still a few grey areas with Flash that I am trying to cover. Yet I am coming up short on finding the correct info to help me get it done. Maybe you all can point me in the right direction or give some feedback as to get these things to work..

Well this one gets me a little worked up because I really want to figure this one out but just can't get to that point yet, how do I embed, insert, link-to, whatever my HTML document into my Flash movie??? I'm lost.. just don't know how to do that.. :(
