Flash Video

I just gave a lecture in Flash Video in NYC and someone asked an interesting question I couldn't answer.

When linking an FLV file so that it streams, the FLV will be deposited in the user's cache. The user can then use the FLV file later for his own purposes. This would cause some copyright concerns. Is there anyway to prevent this so that the FLV file is secure?

While one might use the "Macromedia Flash Communication Server MX" for this purpose, I was hoping for an alternative that wouldn't require the extra cost. Any ideas?
