dvd?

What's the best way to burn a flash movie to dvd? I'm going to a convention to show some cartoons that I've done and they would like the toons to be on dvd so as to project them on a screen. I've tried saving as an avi file and then importing said file into my dvd burning program (windvd creator) but the images always come out kinda fuzzy and not so crisp around the edges. Any suggestions? Thanks!
