Tabs Ahoy...

Question:

If I were to make a flash standalone piece, that had:

- X amount of rollover tabs, controlling their their subpages below.
- A timer that would cycle through the tabs like an advertisement.
- each rollover of the tab had a delay so that if you nicked a corner of the tab next to it, it wouldn't change automatically.

For example, I hover my mouse over tab B, but I accidentally nick tab A, i don't want it to flash the subpage for A. So, some sort of delay.



Any suggestions, or actionscript I should look at? I don't even know where to start.
