Flash in Flash

Hey everyone,

I'm a long time flash animator, working on a DJ site. I've got an animated logo and a linkbar and I want them to be contained within one flash movie (external links?). I have no idea how to acomplish this, any ideas? Also, if anyone could recommended any good actionscripting sites/tutorials, I really need to pick that shit up.
