About publishing .gif files

N00b alert xD

Hello all :)
I'm quite new with Flash, and, uhmm, i have some trouble publishing .gif files.

here is some example:
This is how it should look
But this is how it looks in the end

What did i do wrong?
those 2 files was published from the exact same source
Or maybe anyone knows any better tool to transform .swf to .gif?
