The other day I saw a flash site that had a star-shaped pull-thing on the scrollbar, and then I went looking on the internet for how to customize scrollbars like that, and I found nothing helpful. I'm a beginner/possibly intermediate in Flash, so I was just wondering, is this easy or way too hard? I'm more of a designer than a programmer, so if there are ways to do this that require only a little programming, then I'd be able to do it.

And also if you know of any good books/websites that cover this, let me know!
