noob needs help

Hi all. I'm a web developer doing a freelance job that requires a site to load from CD. I've never used Flash before but given what the client wants, Flash is by far the best way to do this.

I just need some help with some things that are probably really simple. In short, I need the website to do the following:

• Play a video (I have the .mpg) on startup
• When the video finishes, automatically go to a main page with some clickable graphics
• When a graphic is clicked, play a short video and then go to destination page correlating to the graphic
• Have links that can launch .pdf files in Acrobat Reader

I have all the graphics in Photoshop format and all the movies in .mpg, I just don't know how to do this in Flash. If anyone's willing to drop me some quick instructions on how to do this stuff, I would really appreciate it.

I've looked on the web and in the Flash tutorials and help files - I'm sure what I need is in there, but I'm not finding it quickly enough - I'm on a deadline.
