Return and Cancellation Policy

Refunds: Please note, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from any refund request due to credit card processing fees. There are no refunds for gift cards, gift certificates, memberships or online purchases. Please make sure you are ready to commit to yourself and services before purchasing

Cancellations: As a courtesy to other spa guests and with consideration for the spa’s therapists, we require that all guests extend a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel any spa appointment. Failure to provide notice at least 24 hours before appointment will result in charge of full service price of appointments.
