The Florida Rural Economic Development Association (FREDA) is a consortium comprised of the three Rural Areas of Opportunity (RAO).
They include the North Florida Economic Development Partnership, Florida Heartland Economic Region of Opportunity, and Opportunity Florida.
Together, we are growing rural Florida.
