Over the years, Laressa has successfully placed hundreds of professionals across industries, including IT, finance, engineering, and the public sector.

Laressa’s career has been shaped by her drive to make meaningful matches between companies and candidates, backed by her hands-on experience in managing contracts, legal agreements, and commercial operations.

Annett leads the human resources function for the FlowCentric Group of Companies, where she and her team manage all HR-related matters across the organisation.
With a career spanning nearly 30 years, Annett brings a wealth of experience as a Human Resources Generalist, supporting both operational and strategic HR needs.
She began her career in the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) before moving into the corporate sector 12 years later.
Prior to joining FlowCentric, Annett served as Administration Manager in the HR Shared Services Department at Gijima, a leading technology services company in Gauteng.
Annett’s extensive expertise in human resources and labour-related matters makes her an invaluable part of the leadership team.
She serves as a Director at FlowCentric Resourcing and oversees HR functions across the wider FlowCentric Group.
Dorothy is a skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant with a proven ability to identify and engage high-calibre candidates across a range of industries.
With her hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, and onboarding, Dorothy plays a key role in facilitating efficient hiring processes.

Her responsibilities span from managing, guiding, and training a team of 21 consultants, to testing system changes, assisting with completed profile audits, ensuring good client relationships that lead to long-term partnerships, and so much more.
Corrie’s career started over 35 years ago where her positions in Defence Nursing, Project Management and Client Service Management played key roles in her joining FlowCentric Resourcing in 2021.
She is always able to stay calm, analyse the situation, put options on the table, and make decisions before escalating, which has been paramount to the success of the WesBank Project.
