Our monthly consumables fee varies based on your apartment size and ensures your guests always have quality essentials stocked— think premium coffee, tea, toiletries, and more. We handle the sourcing and replenishment, so you never have to worry about running low.

This fee covers fresh hotel-quality linen, towels, hand towels, and bath mats—cleaned and replaced regularly to deliver a seamless, five-star guest experience. We manage everything so your property is always guest-ready.

Management Fee:
To maximise your returns, Fluent calculates its management fee after the platform fee has been deducted from each booking. This way, our interests are fully aligned—we only earn when you do. Our management fee is set at 18% of your net earnings.
