We spent a lot of time around Afton getting to know my parent's new town.
Cottonwood Lake
The Schwab's took us up to Cottonwood Lake since they have private access on one side of the lake. We didn't catch any fish, but the kids had fun trying.

Intermittentant Springs Hike
This was one of the first places we explored on our trip. The water almost completely stops coming out of the spring at the top of the mountain and then slowly starts filling back up again. It was a beautiful place to visit and we even saw the Archibald Gardner Monument on our way down (Brady's ancestor).
Animals
The Schwab's took us to visit their friend's farm on our way to Cottonwood Lake. The kids could have stayed for hours petting the horses.
ATVs
Grandpa Mike bought a few fun toys for us to drive around in.
