Hello,
I am a social worker and administer a MMSE for my clients who have dementia.
The Mini–Mental State Examination (MMSE)
Today, one of them took the MMSE and she scored 25 out of 30.
The client has dementia, so her memory would be decreased as time passes.
That means Her MMSE score will get decreased if she takes the test again in the six months.
As a social worker, my job is to help her make the decline of the score slower.
Her MMSE score will not decrease more than 2 points from/at the current score.
Could you tell me which preposition I should use in the sentence?
Thank you for your help,
