If you mean to say that work relieves your worries about your problems, you should say that: Work relieves the worries I have about my problems. You could also say that work reduces your anxiety about your problems.

It doesn't make sense to say that work "decreases" or "reduces" your problems unless it makes some of those problems disappear. "Problems" really isn't a synonym for "worries", "fears", or "anxiety".
