Hi, does anyone know how to merge armor pieces for MHW? I don't want to change the position/location of the armor. I just want to have two pieces equipped at the same time. For example if I have 2 waist armor mods-one being a shirt, and then the other being a piece of jewelry that doesn't require any changing of position. How would you merge those two instead of them being separated? Is there a simple 3D tool that allows you to simply combine the two mods with their materials and then save it as a single mod? Thanks.

I'm looking for a little help or advice, but let me preface by saying I know I don't belong here. I'm not a modder any way you swing it. With that being said my knowledge is rather below novice. The extent of my abilities has been renaming mesh files to replace the male Ancient Shrouded Armor to the Contractor armor and the female version to Mavari Armor. That is the height of my abilities. Dunno how to edit, mesh, textures or script. So with that, I am attempting to make a mod for personal use. I say personal use because I am basically trying to merge 3 mods designed by people of actual skill into one and I am hitting a roadblock. I just wanted to put it out first that I am not looking to poach other peoples work and throw it out on the nexus as my own. Now that I'm done blathering, I'll move on to the meat and potatoes. I'm trying to make lower face masks more prevalent in my game, they look amazing on open face helmets, under hoods, and so on. 2 masks in particular, the brotherhood masks from Arise Chapter One Black Sacrament , and the Bosmer mask from Bosmer Armor Pack go with every outfit my charecters wear. They go perfectly with the Dragon Carved Armor set, my go to armor. I tried really the only trick I know. I went into another mod I am fond of, Face Masks of Skyrim and starting messing around. I renamed the mesh .nif files from Black Sacrament and Bosmer Armor to match those in Face Masks, and pretty much jammed all the texture folders together. I know whoever is reading this is rolling their eyes right now at such a hodgepodge way of doing things, but its the best I could come up with. I somehow managed to break my game messing with the creation kit last year so I'm trying to do as little as possible here. Less is more when it comes to my ignorantly destructive nature. It seemed to be working out as well as all the other times I tried it at first. I found the masks, they showed up in the crafting menus, did not attempt to make one though, I had one in my inventory. Looking at it in the inventory however, the textures were a mess, though the shape was right, and it wouldn't appear on my face at all. So that's where I'm at. If anyone could be kind enough to throw a newbie a bone and let me know what I'm doing wrong or point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. I am inexperienced at this, but I'm not looking to become a modgod overnight or anything. As mXr would say, this is all about the aesthetics. I just want my game to look good while not over filling my crafting menu and saving a few esps where I can. Luckily for me, everything I'm looking is already made, unluckily for me, i have no idea how to bring it all together. Thanks for reading this far! Any help I can get would be a godsend. Thank you again.

Hello, I'm new here on this website, ready to try out some modding. Not new to Skyrim, played this game a lot on PS3. Now I've got it on the PC, I'm ready to make this game a bit better. I have around 20 mods istalled now (NMM), it runs stable fps (good PC specs). But I think some mods are not working well with each other, not all the mods are working. Where can I find some info about fully modding this game into something amazing while all mods running well with each other? Tips are welcome to, I know there is a program called BOSS for the loadorder but I don't really know how this works. I also understood that the .ini file is important.

Would it be possible to combine Grimoas plantigrade feet for beast races (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/16976/?) with digitigrade khajiit (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/43833/?)? Basically getting the texture from the first one and combining it with the second one?

Hi everybody, I am new to the modding stuff but I have to say, using NMM it is really nice and easy to use mods on Skyrim and test the different combinations. Currently I am using the following mods alltogether: 1.) numenume hair (for pigtails) 2.) CHSBHC - BBP - Nude and Jiggly 3.) CHSBHC - BBP - Nude and Jiggly armor 4.) UNPC Body v2.5 5.) Calientes Female Body Mod Big Bottom 6.) CHSBHC-Body-Physics 7.) Perfect 3-2-11064 Now I wanna know, if there is any way to add a mod which undresses the female NPC's using the beautiful body parts I have installed. I tried "nude females" but it didnt work. I know I can undress a single NPC by "removeallitems" command but that is pesky. See ya Tribalon

I was wondering how I would get started in taking the items from 3 different mods and combining only the items (weapons and armors only) and their leveled lists into one custom mod. I am interested in combining all the armors and weapons from Oblivion War Cry and Francesco's Creatures and Items into the Immersive Weapons 2 mod. This will all be for personal use of course and I have no interest in sharing the mod or claiming it as my own work. The items in these mods look really cool and I would like to have all their stuff combined into a giant leveled list weapons/armors mod without all the extra stuff warcry and frans adds to the game. Any basic information that can help me get started would be greatly appreciated.
