  1. Hi Guys again me , yea, sorry, i got a Problem by my Creation Kit for the Legendary Edition. 1.) As soon as i want to delete a bigger bunch of Stuff, like a whole Dungeon, the Creation Kit shows up that Message: Creation Kit dont work anymore and you will be contacted as soon as a Solution is found, the program must be closed. Grrrr, why happens that, but only if i delete a big Hall with much Stuff in it and Anims and Markers etc. 2.) How can that happen, if i copy a finish Dungeon and want it to add to my Mod, that the Dungeon Part i paste, later have everywhere Gaps in the Walls? Does Walls jump apart ,when i copy a already existing Dungeon Room, do they move from copying them, so they are nt anymore, where they should be? Cause it cant be that Walls show later up some gaps, i MOVED the WHOLE Dungeon System with all Corridors and Anims, Markers,Lights and so on, so how can Walls later be open? Thx if anyone know whats going on. Tysm.

Hello all, I've seen a few mods that have followers or other NPC's using attacks by Elysees, I tried to open a follower .esp I have (for personal use only as I can't release assets from it since they are from a Japanese site and I am unable to get permissions) as active and opening the Maximum Drive mod's .esp and duplicating all of the appropriate entries, also making sure the scripts were created. My follower still will not use the attacks, I had a feeling there might be a specific way to script or set a Combat AI to use such attacks? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
  3. Hey all, I'm currently trying my hand at some simple meshes made in Nifskope, by combining several different items into one mesh. While I can get the meshes to work and keep the correct textures, the collisions are never present for any items I added into the original nif. What I am asking is; is it possible to see, select or even copy and paste collisions within Nifskope? If the answer is yes (And I hope it is) does anyone know how to achieve this, or have links to any tutorials regarding the subject. Cheers, Bay K.
  4. i was watching naruto and modding skyrim at the same time, right? so while the manager was installing a mod, i saw naruto use shadow clone to stay on chief toad's back and i thought, wouldnt it be cool for that to be a skyrim mod? so it hit me. what if someone were to use player.createfullactorcopy (at least thats the oblivion command, not sure about skyrim) to make a copy of yourself but also do some scripting to have if follow you like a companion would. if the clone runs out health or magicka he/she poofs away. no health means death, and magicka can be considered chakra (none = death). if the clone runs out of stamina, it take +10% damage. when a clone is spawned, it should also ignore any and all friendly hits while in battle as for how to bop 'em up, 3 spells should do the trick, "Shadow Clone +1", then +3 then +5. up to a max of 10. also a "remove all" type spell for the clones... i dont know if this is possible, since i only know the bare basics of item editing and such, but i thought this'd be nice to have. a death animation could be done by doing an effect at the time of death just by adding a smoke effect and a fade out. like the disable command or "deletefullactorcopy" only with fade. but the fade is optional. the corpse just has to disappear is all. --------- side request if able/allowed: a make of a sword similar to sasukes in shippuden only mainly pitchblack with silvery accents with about maybe a 3 foot (scale size) blade with a damage of 50 upgradeable to 75 or 100. reach of 1.25... its a small request so it didnt seem neough to make another thread. (doesnt have to be sasuke's sword, just a straight-edge-and-blade type thin with a tanto-style tip) [like in the uploaded pic, only blacker with a straight tanto like blade]
  5. I really like the Trophy Hall from the Jaggarsfeld home mod, and I want to attack that cell to the home in the Deus Mons home mod. How do I go about doing that? How do I copy a cell from one esp and put it into another? I'd rather not leave Jaggarsfeld as a master of DeusMons because the trophy hall cell is the only thing I want from Jaggarsfeld and I don't want the game to load it's esp. Can I copy the cell into DeusMons in TES5Edit and then use the creation kit to attach a door where I want it? I know I will also have to have all the assets that cell uses loaded too, just not the jaggarsfeld esp. Is there more to it than that?

I want a mod that lets me put an item or collection of similar items (say, a pile of iron ingots) into a container, and then pull a lever or something which then copies the contents of that container to a second container. http://images8.wookmark.com/58723_calvin-and-hobbs-duplicator-500x375.jpg So, basically the Tesla duplicator from The Prestige, I guess is what I'm saying. Make the whole thing look like a dwemer contraption or something. I aknowledge that this device would be a shameless cheat that would make a lot of the activities in the game completely optional, but sometimes I don't want to spend a whole day in real time mining ores because I want to level smithing or drive the mammoth to extinction so I can have Grand Souls for my enchanting. And this would be a whole lot less immersion breaking than using the console.
  7. So, i've searched this forum for similar threads but i haven't found any. Recently i wondered if it is possible to copy the progression of a character (came up with that idea after seeing "Nnachos TXT Complete Character"). So in case you have to start a new game because you modded your old save to death - you still can keep your skill progression or probably even items or quest progression with a new character. Maybe theres even a way to archive this with a simple bat file? Of course you would need a mod or script which checks your character values and write them into a bat file.
  8. Greetings! I would like to ask for a bit of help with a mod that I'm currently working on. I want to create a new world space that is related to Skyrim, but it will contain a small part of it beyond the default borders of playable area. I already made a new worldspace that thankfully contains the main Skyrim LOD but i'd like to clone the close terrain heights, objects of mountains and rocks with the exact same position, scale and rotation to fit to the default LOD seamlessly. Sounds crazy I know, but even more crazy things can be managable it CK thanks if you can help with any clues. I know, I could just push the borders but i have good reasons to do it the hard way..
  9. i asked this question in another thread, but under a different topic and as a post thought. in short, some mods add cosmetics or customized races. i'm creating my own custom race mod and wanted to have access to every cosmetic asset i could find. in deciding to publish it, i looked at my own 'race menu' and noted some mods (not cosmetic, but quest) added playable characters so i wanted to add them. any who, feeling like a noob and can't think of a way to port just the race form over to my mod. the transfer of mesh and textures was easy. i tried using gecko and merging then just deleting the non-relevant portions from the merge ... not so easy when it's a huge quest mod. same prob happened in the CS. i thought perhaps opening two instances of the CS and copying/pasting to the global clipboard would work ... nope. drag n' drop doesn't work. help!
  10. Could someone please tell me how I can make the left leg look exactly the same as the right one? with the spikes (think they have physics not entirely sure) and double leather belt. I'm extremely new to blender and would appreciate the assistance. Please and thank you. Update 1: Seems Shift+D can duplicate. Just now I deleted the vertices of the left leg and will yolo duplicate + X the right leg in the perfect spot :| no clue how to copy over the Armatures for the spikes. This program is tough. Update 2: Experiment seems to have yielded results. Gonna try and save and test in game if possible and later delete the second blade and figure out how to copy over the armatures. Update 3: Failure.. I knew this wasn't gonna be that easy .___. Back to square one'ish. Going to bed if anyone has any tips that can help me please be sure to post a comment and I'll read it when I get back, thank you.
  11. I'm a firm believer that Nexus should not allow AI voices to be used in mods. I don't have a problem with voice swaps that are done with an actual living voice over actor but it has become far too easy for modders to just make a mod that throws a new voice on a character using AI and there are no repercussions. The disrespect to use AI to replace a voice for whatever reason is just inexcusable to me, and using AI to replicate the voice of a different actor be they dead or alive doubles-down on that lack of respect since it affects both the original actor who voiced a character and the actor they are being replaced with. To me allowing it condones it. I'm curious to know how others feel about the issue, especially now that were starting to see game devs use AI voices more often. Why have living talent when you can have free mediocrity?

I am a real noob with this and have looked around. Nothing seems to be too helpful, because I usually only see people use advanced terminology that confuses me. If anyone can post the steps on how to do this, I'll be very greatful. =)

  15. So, I know this isn't explicitly gaming related, but I could use some help. I got aused Galaxy Tab (the original kind - not sure it matters). I keep trying to copy music over to it, but it never stays. It's not that it doesn't show up or it's in the wrong folder, I have other music in there. It just gets copied to the right folder, then is deleted when i disconnect the device. I assumed it was because I was ejecting it wrong or something along the lines, so i tried that. It didn't help. What makes it worse, is I copied over one album froma band I had been trying to copy over, and it stayed. Later, when i tried to copy over the others, never overwriting the previous one, not only did they not stay copied over, but the other one got removed as well. They were all simply erased from the folder. It's happened every time I try to copy them over. It also keeps saying some file types are unreadable, even though they are mp3 and it can read the rest of the album. I tried recopying the album, and it happened again, but with different songs being readable and not. I find this all very strange and I have no idea what I can do about this. The file types I'm copying are all Mp3.
  16. Hi all, Since the attempt to do server clustering for the Nexus forums I have lost the capability to copy-paste text into it. Is there any known solution for this - or am I the only one suffering from this? I have tried on 3 different computers, and I am not able to do any copy-pasting directly into the forums. I can however copy-paste when I am not using the full editor (like on mod comments section or when clicking 'Send message' on someone's user profile). When replying to a thread or when writing a new post (like now) copy-paste is disabled.
