There are two Halo themed mods on nexus for Fallout 4, both of them supply energy swords. There's no Halo weaponry, there's no re-texturing of power armor to make it look like spartan armor, and there's no Cortana-like companion. There's really no question as to whether a halo weapon mod would be awesome. While the ammo might be rare, and the weapons not very customizable, they would be powerful. You could have an smg, a battle rifle, a plasma pistol, a needler (I'm only familiar with Halo 2 weapons). Spartan power armor would be incredibly awesome, not just because of the textures, but because you could have energy shields, or other fancy stuff. A companion like cortana would be difficult, primarily because she's not physical, but it could be done. She could pop-up on your pip-boy, she couldn't actually fight, but she could tell you where your opponents are (perhaps by placing quest targets over their heads). Depending on how much you can do, she could even advise you what weapons to use, whether to hang back, or jump in. At the very least, she could help you with your quests. Speaking of quests, you could have one quest that involves a group of npcs in spartan armor, and possibly even the covenant.

So I am building a place in the CK and have the covenant walls around it. Problem is you can walk right through them in game. Did some searches here but could not find anything. Anybody got any idea why/how to fix or should I just find a diff wall?

I noticed that as of this post's writing, only the AEAR-1 laser/pulse hybrid rifle (love it because DMG higher than plasma) makes sense looks and practicality wise because IMO almost no one make custom directed energy weapons (and the ones I've seen are just reworks of the game's energy weapons and/or too big/looks crap/too messy IMO). I don't know if similar Halo-related requests has been done (I've only seen MJOLNIR (GEN1 or GEN2) armor and UNSC weapons requested, I'm just like a week new here). I want something aesthetically and practically good (and balanced of course). And I want them also to use plasma except the Binary Rifle (make it and only it use laser if possible). Like the Forerunner Ecumene Weapons: -Z-130 Suppressor -Z-250 LightRifle -Z-180 Scattershot -Z-110 Boltshot -Z-390 Incineration Cannon -Covenant Storm RIfle (as bonus) -Z-750 Binary Rifle I want all to have their appearance inspired from Halo 5: Guardians (don't worry, there's the Forge PC Version to base the appearance, make it scratch-based, MS is fine as long as modders create their own model IIRC). And also make their stats similar to Halo 5 but also at the same time balanced that it won't brick Fallout 4. That's all I can request. Thank you.

So I've been attempting to link all my settlements together bit by bit to form a triangular network across the map once I've discovered them all (Full disclosure: I have mild versions of autism and OCD, this will become very apparent further on in this post). The only settlements I currently have allied to me are Sanctuary and the ones closest to it in the upper left corner of the map; Red Rocket, Abernathy Farm, Starlight Drive-In, etc. I don't know why it's happened or what caused it but as soon as I discovered Covenant it automatically linked to Abernathy Farm and I have no idea how to fix it. I haven't even done the quest associated with Covenant yet or gained control over it's workshop and there's definitely no provisioner wandering around, so what gives? Does anyone have any thoughts? Or have others experienced this? Please help me, because of my stupid autism/OCD it's gotten to the stage where I can't play the game because the unco-ordinated supply lines on the map bug me too much! (Yes, I'm aware that's a retarded reason to stop playing the game, there's no need to tell me so in a reply) Things I've already tried: -Reloading the game (It just happens as soon as I discover Covenant again) -Uninstalling all my mods (Still happening) -Various console commands (I'm not sure if it's even possible to reset settlement workshop) Thank you in advance <3

Ok, it was getting so bad, that I was crashing approximately every 60 seconds I was in one of my settlements. Everywhere else in the world I was fine. But this is both good and bad. Bad that Fallout 4 was all but unplayable, but good that it was happening so often, I could finally troubleshoot it. I just spent the last four hours removing and replacing mods, and starting up the game about a billion times. Spending five minutes in Covenant, the crashiest settlement, and either crashing, or not crashing, then changing what mods are loaded. If the crashes weren't so frequent, this process could have easily taken me over ten hours to troubleshoot. And the SOLUTION: Quieter Settlements. Delete that s***. Get rid of it. Your settlements might be a tiny bit noisier, but AT LEAST IT WON'T CRASH anymore. I'm just leaving this post here because it was an absolute nightmare to figure out what the cause was. I've also spent hours doing Google searches. This, process, was, miserable. So, in conclusion, I repeat: Get rid of the mod Quieter Settlements!

If siding with the doctor have covenant be a way to deal with synth infiltrators by sending settlers there. Maybe when you have sent enough they reward you with a way to identify the infiltrators. Possibly fix the turrets at the same time a Covenant improvement mod of sorts.

So, obviously, AI voice acting is still a bit of an undecided topic with modding, but I wanted to suggest this idea anyway. It bothers me how you can't even try to convince Covenant to allow you to stop their experiments to weed out synths. They just instantly go hostile and you have to massacre the settlement. If I had designed the quest, I'd have it so the SS returns to Covenant where the Mayor and a bunch of citizens are pointing guns at you, demanding to know why you killed Dr Chambers. At this point you'd have to pass 3 increasingly difficult speech checks about why what they were doing was wrong, and after passing them the settlement becomes yours and the citizens become settlers. Now with AI voice acting, we can make the voice lines for the SS and Mayor Orden, and possibly ambient dialogue from the settlers about the experiments and how they stopped. This is just an idea, mind you. I have no idea how I'd create a mod, so I'm just throwing the idea out there in case anyone wants to give it a shot. Ideally, If someone had a large amount of money, they could just pay the actual voice actors for lines, but that seems way more ambitious than just using AI

I accidentally killed Deezer while nuking my settlement using the transfer settlements mod. I resurrected him but the ash pile remained and Deezer himself is now radioactive. I managed to delete the ash pile (which would initiate dialogue...) but Deezer is still emitting radiation damage. I've tried using CDante's moddable Deezer but even after alterations he still emits radiation, i've tried disable/enable, dispelallspells. I also tried making a new Deezer from base id but the interaction is gone from new one, duping also makes a non-interactive Deezer. Since Deezer died and exploded, my guess is whatever script makes nuclear robot deaths emit radiation for a small amount of time is permanently activated, i've no idea where to look or what to look for to disable this. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?
