PLEASE Can someone just make a mod that is just a simple configurable file or increase max bases by like, 1 every 5 levels or every 10 levels. Looking to add this to a dedicated server and no one needs 100 bases or 15 bases by level 15

Hello! As you might be able to tell, I am looking for certain individuals interesting in working on a mod with myself. The mod I am currently working on, is very ambitious, at best, and has a lot of potential. It is a "quest' mod, almost a total conversion mod, loaded with new npcs, thriving story lines, new factions and reputation, of course, new weapons, and even new locations, which, by the way, some outside of the Mojave Desert, or even the United States, itself!!! Along with all new perks, radio stations, etc. I can't go into too much detail about this mod, due mainly to the fact it is still very early in development, although, some major work has been done already. I am willing to pitch the idea to anyone who is interested, given that they simply "PM" me asking for more information, as far as story and features go. WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR EXACTLY? *Mainly, I'd prefer people who have previously worked on other mods before, (References, would be greatly appreciated), specifically any major "Quest" mods, or "New Lands" mods, or anyone have a deep and well understanding of scripting, and can perform quest scripting,etc. *I would also be interested in having people who are able to write Dialogue for the NPC's as well as (eventually), being able to voice and lip sync, said characters. But as of right now, all I'm looking for is people who can write Dialogue. * MODELERS AND TEXTURERS!!!! - These would be very essential!!!! Although I will prefer anyone who has experience in both of these fields, I am willing to take anyone who has a proficiency and has a good understanding of Nifskope and Gimp, AT LEAST. If you use photoshop, etc. thats great too! Also anyone who make custom models using Blender, etc. from scratch, THAT'S AWESOME! * Dedicated Modders. I understand some of the work can be tedious, etc. but overall, I'm looking forward to creating a KICK ASS mod, with a great bunch of people, and who are dedicated and willing to put in the work into this Mod. **** IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE PART OF THIS PARTICULAR MODDING CREW, I WELCOME YOU TO COMMENT BELOW, AND YOU TELL ME WHY YOU FEEL THAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER TO THE GROUP, EXPERIENCE, ETC. Hi Nexus, I used to play archer/caster hybrid in Oblivion and although the magic in Skyrim is fantastic I was disappointed to find that spells needed to be equipped like weapons as it pretty much debunked my favoured play-style. This is the one feature of the game that I dislike, as I really enjoyed having various buffs and spells as my disposal at all times. Thus I recently thought that somebody with the required talent and ability could make some sort of SKSE-based mod that actually allows the PC to cast an assigned spell (or two spells for two hot-keys, possibly set in SkyUI's MCM), so casting can be done on the fly while using two-handed weapons. For example the mod could (for a keyboard set-up) make two assignable hot keys that cast a set spell (or spells) without un-equiping the current weapon. For example if the player had the Flames spell assigned and pressed said key, the PC would cast the spell for as long as the key was held, without having to un-equip any weapons in menus and such (and preferably to not visually un-equip the current weapon either if possible). This could potentially be done with a 360 controller as well, making the sprint button a modifier to turn the two triggers into casting buttons. I am aware there are various hot-key mods out there, but from what I know most of them are keyboard only and can only do this procedure through a macro, what I'm suggesting is a more direct approach, if possible. Please comment/criticise as I am eager to see other people's views on this idea, as I believe it's the one thing Skyrim lacks in when compared to Oblivion, I hate having no healing spells while using my bow/great-sword... Potions aren't the same (or as sexy)! Appreciate the read, Mick

hello all, i've been a fan of the game <insert your fave here> since <blah, blah>. in the past, i worked a fed job. in noticed one of my co-employees was doing something on the NASA site (space s#*!). i had to inquire and apparently one can leave their computer on, internet on ... i believe there was a required add-on/extension, but NASA would use the collective to process all of the info coming from the Hubble telescope (allegedly), i think it was Homeland. any who, i partake in torrents and how they exist is quite simple ... you can be a leech (get what you need and only seed while), seed (someone who already has), or a peer (someone who allots seeding of one+, while downloading 1+). why can't nexus mods implement such? IMO, it would tremendously cut down on bandwidth, potentially make it easier to eliminate antiquated mods, reciprocate more funds towards the modders, the root and why this community exists. make it a part of the registration process, allocate 1/10 of one's bandwidth while online and free membership ... is that reaching? i would hate to see this site go into the dumps because it can't attract modders or become a plethora of unwanted ads.
