Hi all, Since im bothered with swords being on back, i was wondering how hard would it be to mod sword to use same draw animation and hip item position as dagger ? Anyone skilled enough can give some tip or info on this ? Thanks !

Hey guys. I have a weird glitch which i've never seen before. I'm using a XPMSE skeleton with Immersive Animations for Draw and Sheath 1H Swords on back. But whenever i try to draw one handed swords from my back, my character does the animation, but the sword remains on her back, and she's unable to attack for 10 seconds. How do i fix this?

I started a play-through recently where I'm playing as a two-handed greatsword user. In general I try to play the game with relatively realistic levels of immersion and one thing which I noticed and was quite frankly bothered by, was the two-handed draw/carry. For starters, it's unrealistic to carry any weapon on your back, with few exceptions, especially in a place like Skyrim where you almost always need to have your weapon at the ready. More importantly, to draw your weapon from your back is equally impractical and slow, especially for a large weapon like a greatsword. Essentially what I'm asking for is a mod to change the carry/draw animation for large two-handed weapons to more accurately reflect real-world carry/drawing techniques. For instance, carrying a greatsword by resting it on ones shoulder and cradling the pommel/guard in hand (Similar to how large weapons are carried in Dark Souls). Obviously I understand there's certain game balancing issues that could arise from having a significantly quicker draw animation for weapons like these, but I would prefer to have the unbalance in favor of realism and to make playing a two-handed user slightly easier/practical. Of course I understand one workaround could be to just run around with your weapon drawn all the time, but again, I do try to play realistically and immersed, and quite frankly running around sword-in-hand all the time isn't very immersive for me. Although understandably, I'm aware that I'm essentially asking for the same thing here. I did have a look on the Nexus, and I couldn't really find anything like this, nor could I find any suggestions like this on the forums, admittedly however, I didn't look particularly hard. So please forgive me if something like this already exists and I'm just a dingus who couldn't find it. One last thing to mention, I understand this is an objectively pointless mod to ask for, or even a very basic mod to ask for, however I feel it's a mod that a good number of users would appreciate and enjoy.

As the title states, clouds that are supposed to be on distant mountains are fine... until I get close to them. At this point, they don't actually fade until I touch them.

So my problem is something I've never experienced before.Most of the time when I'm playing when I try to draw my weapon or try to walk diagonally(so basically trying to do anything other than walking forward with the 'W' key) it just doesn't react at all.I'll post my load order as well maybe that could help you guys figure out my problem.It's really frustrating when I try to walk sideways while going forward I just keep going straight on and the weapon drawing issue is even more annoying when trying to fight.Any help is appreciated! EDIT:Oh, and I also discoveered that whenever this happens, messages appear in the console which say 'picked' and it usually spams it for a good while until I can move properly a gain.Any idea what mod could cause this?

This is a simple script that should make followers draw their weapons when I do. Luckily, this is probably a very simple fix. I got this script from this link: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/680526-companion-drawing-weapons/ The people here made this script, but when I go to enter it I get this message: "SCRIPTS: Script 'FollwersDrawWeaponsQ', line 5: Reference function 'GetPlayerTeammate' requires explicit reference in quest script. Context: DEFAULT "Yes to all" will disable all Warnings for this context." Every time I hit "Yes to All" it doesn't save my script. So, obviously, GECK doesn't like something about this script. I'm trying to get yy mystic night and immersive animations too play together. I've installed immersive animations dual daggers on back and swords on hip (although that will get overwritten), main and sneak, the sneak stab and the jump slash power attack thing as well as all the other dual weapons (mace,axe etc.). I then installed yy mystic knight and set that to load after immersive animations in Mod Organizer. With YY I want the magic and the single sword animations as the sheath animation is ridiculously cool! But whenever I draw a left handed sword it just appears in my hand and the same happens with staffs. I've not tested shields or dual daggers on back although I think daggers work as intended. I'm using xp32 and equipping overhaul. So, basically what has me stuck is it seems for some reason you can't get animations for just the left hand? It needs to be dual or the right hand? And I get the impression that this is also the case for staffs, I assume because they were not visible in vanilla so they never had the separate off hand/staff animations? Is this a limitation that can't be fixed? I would have thought Dual Sheath Redux and the likes would solve this entirely. I also have female animation packs (loaded first so lowest priority just for anything that may be missed), yy jump and yy zweihander which work and have no issues. So will I just have to loose the sword animation from yy mystic knight and have the dual one from immersive animations? It won't be a massive loss I suppose because I'll get the swords on back instead. But then would that work with equipping overhaul's geared up feature? I don't know if they have to be on the hip for that. Sorry, I know there's lots of questions that are similar but nothing I've found has been specific enough or I've missed something. Also If anyone knows, would I be able to start a game with Dual Sheath Redux then switch to equipping overhaul when it's stable without starting yet again because atm dropped stuff floats and I use a pad so not everything works properly yet? So, yeah. I'm lost. Any help would be brilliant. Thanks.

When ever i play skyrim my character draws a it's weapon and im not pressing r but it still does it i think it's a animation bug and also i have a mouse lag when i open my inventory Please Help Me it's really Annoying. Im new to skyrim i got it a couple days ago on steam

Hello! Having a small issue. I just took the quick shot perk and now seem to be drawing far faster then the additional 30%. I'm using ordinator and smilodon (though I don't think Smilodon mods quick shot), and survival mode of SE. Speedmult is 1.3 with the bow equipped. I tried loading a prev save, and though the speed is slower, the reported weaponspeedmult is 0.0.... ? Here's my modlist https://modwat.ch/u/Zeal/plugins Thanks guys, Zeal

How do I fix the bright water? Ive allready tried to install the Water LOD Fix mod but it didnt help. Is there a way to increase the draw distance for water? Ive attached a file that shows my problem.

First, see the video to better understand what I'm talking about. Now, I'm not asking for all the ninja-tricky awesome feats of dexterity, or the holding of arrows in the hand instead of the quiver, although, that sounds awesome, but what I really really really really want, and can't find mods for anywhere, is the replacement of the "competition archer" style of drawing an arrow. Think "egyptian archer", knocking the arrow on the outside of the bow requires less movement, shoots WAY faster, kills WAY more people, and it just friggin looks better, lets be real here. So, instead of knocking arrows on the inside and over the top of the bow, I want to knock them on the outside and never cross the top (like in the video) That is the main feature I'm requesting. Other things I would like to see: -Needs to be compatible with everything, since it should just replace animations, speed and knockback chance. -Change bow draw-speed to about 1/2 a second to fully knocked for lighter bows and 1.2 seconds for heavier bows -Add knockback/stagger % to bows; lighter-around %35, heavier-around %50, and stack with the PowerShot perk, to combine to %85/100, respectively for each bow (hunting bow=little knockback, daedric bow=guaranteed stagger) If these features are too in-depth, then possibly just increase stagger to %50 for all, to stack w/ PowerShot, and make all draw times= 0.5 seconds Praise and Worship to the great man/woman that will take on this task, Divines Bless You!

Weapon is Invisible in players hands,, in 3rd person it acts like its in ur hands but u can see it on left hip,, works fine in 1st person,, but I like playing in 3rd,, any ideas on how to fix this problem? Thanks!
