I have an idea for a fun melee weapon that creates an explosion when you use a power attack, but I'm new to making mods in the CK and was wondering if anyone knew how to do this, or could point me towards a mod that does something similar so I can see what they did (or even if this is even possible). Would appreciate any help you can provide!

there's already mod that added stand alone rocket launcher like what's Panam used to shot down AV https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/4604 but that one is a replacement skin of O' five also seem like author abandoned them already, even it's kinda working on 2.0.1 despite some glitching so it would be really good if someone make an actual working rocket launcher to be stand alone anyway I will suggest something that will make it easier to work around Since it's an O' five skin the rocket use Grad's animations but there're no original grad model in the modded So I suggest that instead of using launcher's original grip you could just modified model by delete that grip and put it over Grad's model only just cut the barrel shorter from this point I used grad's model for reference to this point something like this so we can use Grad's orignal grip,bolt and magazine to work with animations instead of trying to work around to make a new animations for the launcher

I always had the feeling that explosions in cyberpunk don't feel like an explosion :confused:, the game should have a camera shake when an explosion happens near your character(like in gta v, squad, battlefield, almost every game that has explosions effects has this feature). Grenades, vehicles, explosive barrels, cybernetics rockets explosions should shake your camera. I dug through cyberpunk in game options for any camera shaking for explosions but there was only for some V's animations like running or sliding, nothing about explosions. If someone could make that mod i would really appreciate that :laugh:.

My first idea is for a custom made mininuke that frenzies enemies in a huge radius. -Frenzy mechanics are really cool but few and far between in new vegas. -The Fat man is a Heavy, expensive Weapon using expensive ammo, potentially offsetting the Insane efficiency of enemies killing each other. -A scaled up Red Glare rocket explosion might make a nice detonation Visual -Craftable maybe? or well hidden? Making them rare on levelled lists would be cool too:) -Fallout games have mind control tech already, so lore friendly:) -Could cause frenzy effect through poison gas, brainwave manipulation, or nanites etc. It would probably be pretty crazy effective if someone can get one working:) There is already Dr. Mobius' Glove which causes frenzy on crit, but applying the same effect to an explosion might be a bit more challenging. My second idea might break lore and immersion - Crippling enemy heads cause frenzy! -Just for fun, might contribute to the mayhem of large battles. -could apply to some enemy groups and not others. (super mutants and feral ghouls are insane as it is just sayin) -You might be able to justify the effect on some enemies, especially if there is only a chance that it will happen. Possibly Base the effect off of crippled antennae frenzy of ants, or crippled combat inhibitor of robots. Inspired by Awesome Crippling Effects by Pyschorgames

Hello people of the commonwealth! Remember back in the good ol' days when we could throw all sorts of throwing weapons around? YEAH? Why is this not a feature in fallout 4?! I mean we have an awesome throwing mechanic complete with all the features needed! http://s16.postimg.org/x4nu3ufkx/Throwing_knife_icon.png I am not the most skilled modder and i definitely have no experience working outside the GECK but i have seen standalone weapons added to the game already. I Hypothesis that if you made new explosives, increased their range and decreased their AOE damage to 0 and added a new model like the Combat Knife, table knife, PLAYING CARDS, Bowler hat (Odd job style), Tin can, bottle or even a rock! You could make an awesome weapon. I suggest trying to implement it thought the "Crafting Workbenches" mod. (also, and i'm not sure if its possible but IF just if it was possible to give things like the knife the pinning attribute og the railway-rifle that could be so awesome! Imagine pinning a mans hand to the wall!) (I am aware someone will probably do this when the GECK comes out, if not then i will myself. But i really miss it right now :tongue: please help!) I was wondering if it would be possible to make explosive throwing spears? Model editing wouldnt be that difficult, tape a grenade/missile/mini nuke to the point or replace the speartip with the bomb. I would dig into the geck to see if possible but I dont feel like re-installing NV to see.

Thinking if starting a new character and tagging both medicine and explosives, maybe be a demolition doctor or something. Still not sure about the third tag skill, maybe guns, idk. Seems like a bit of a weird combination Any one ever try this?

i love the bomb queen comics and my current playthru is an explosives based character named, obviously, Bomb Queen. for anybody who does not know who Bomb Queen is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bomb_Queen she is evil as hell killed house and benny first chance she got and is working on wiping out the NCr and Legion next. good times and lots of bombs. right now i am currently using Ghost Variants (http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/41657/) with the red and black bikini out fit to match Bomb Queens style best i can. i was hoping somebody might make a few simpler costumes based on her original appearance, whish is basically this in black http://fc06.deviantart.net/fs13/f/2007/008/8/5/Bomb_Queen___colour_by_Meshsmoother.jpg or just decorate some skimpy armors witht the Bomb logo. what ever works. :) thanks. and to all the people who are about to experience the epic hilarity that is Bomb Queen you're welcome.

It would be cool have a mod that have Explosive Ammo or Shock Ammo or Fire Ammo so you could burn, shock, explode, corrode and slug everyone... Like in Borderlands... For those who don't know... SLUG is type of gun of Borderlands, when you shoot something/someone they are weakened and so you can deal a little more damage on them... And why not add other types of ammo like on Fallout: New Vegas??? It would be cool change your ammo to deal more damage... PS: Sorry for my bad english

I would really love a mod that adds the ability to make harpoons explosive. And I don't just mean that they explode on impact, although that would be welcome. I specifically mean harpoons that stick to their target and then either explode after a duration, or can be manually detonated.

Thought of this just now and did a quick nexus search but didn't find it anywhere. I felt it would make the explosives skill more rewarding in a playthrough to have mines require you to pass a check in order to disarm. Bear traps have a minimum to disarm using the repair skill, so it only makes sense the same should apply to frag mines, right? Maybe different mines could require more explosives skill to disarm. This would also solve one of the other issues of mines just ending up as free explosives for the player. I imagine that perhaps a scripted implementation for this would be possible?

There is nothing stronger than love, except for an M32 rotatory grenade launcher, because f**k you and everyone near you. but seriously a grenade launcher would be very useful in Fallout 4 since the sole survivor doesn't really have any explosive weapons, just the rocket launcher and the Fatman ("and grenades") without counting legendaries, of course, it would be pretty good to bomb a raiders camp from the outside

As the title says, it would be nice to see a replacer for the vanilla grenades (I have yet to see any grenade replacers at all). The grenade replacing the vanilla one would be the M67. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M67_grenade
