Can someone make a super in-depth class mod with long vampire fangs, Tiefling claws, and custom clothes/armor/weapons/spells/abilities that can turn others into vampires and thralls, as well as shapeshift into various things like rats, bats, mist, a wolf, and a dragon? I really want to fully RP as this OP badass vampire lord.

If you cast a fireball at an object, the script detect that and adds a spell for fx and/or fx effect on the object. I need the best method. Add a flame cloak spell to simulate burning. Then, the texture changes depending on the damage. Then leaves an ash pile, too round.

Hey Skyrim community, during my most recent playthrough my fire spells started glitching out, see picture, I tried a bunch of things to fix this but nothing worked out, I already attempted to uninstall all fire related mods, verified the games file integrity, reset all of the ini's, and even reinstalled enb, fyi the blocky effects are even worse when enb is turned off, any ideas how to fix this?

Im playing around with fire cryo and other elemental damage resistance, based on perks, condition, etc. i managed to disable any FX on PC no freeze nor burn, however im not able to disable cryolator or flamer burst damage? i switched energy damage with fire/cryo but nothing, i applied appropiate resistance when perk/armor/keyword. No matter what i do the damage still aplies to PC - its seriously weird - it feels there is something hardcoded going on.

It would be delightful to have a large bonfire craftable at a settlement. Even just a pile of burning stuff, like at the Forged encounter area. The small campfires are nice, but a big bonfire would be stellar.

Hi! I don't know of this would be feasible but I've always hated how the weapon mods look. I was thinking it would be really nice to replace them with elemental effects circling the weapons instead? I guess this is no simple task because of the different shapes of the weapons but having a flaming blade on my katana would be awesome. Here's some inspiration for the modders out there :

Looking to get the Fire Selected/highlighted weapon group control added in like in MWO. youd think since both games are done by the same ppl that it would be in the game but nope. every Mechwarrior game i can remember this is the way it was and now you need multiple fire buttons, just dont work right for me having more than 1 fire button.

Every time I try to upgrade any forge, the fire pours out all around it and won't go away, it literally covers all the flooring all around it, making it look really awful... is there any fix at all for this? It's just frustrating, as I know literally nothing at all about making mods, unfortunately. Can anyone help, please?

I've been searching for about a week and I'm pretty sure nobody has made this mod yet. I would love a mod that allowed a player to adjust or change the colors of magic (eg. Fire, Shock, Frost) Personally, I want all of my fire spells to be purple and my shock/lightning spells to be a nice yellow or golden color. But if a mod was made to make it as simple as inserting a hex code or adjusting a slider this would have implications on so many different types of role play that people might be interested in. I would imagine that it would target the magic based off of what it qualifies as instead of just by name. which would allow the mod to work with modded spells. For example, any spells that would do fire damage or would benefit from shock-related perks would have their colors subjected to the mod's settings. Honestly I just want purple fire and if possible yellow/golden lightning. A mod that could accomplish that would be stellar. If there's any mods I may have missed that would achieve similar results I would love to know about them.

Hi, as the title states, I'm trying to develop a little mod which is supposed to turn on every (fire) light source in the game in a certain radius around the player automatically. I'm talking about light sources which can be ignited by the player, by either interacting with them or using the Igni sign. I've found the methods for lightsource activation here: "...\content\content0\scripts\game\gameplay\items\interactive_objects\lightEntity.ws" A modified version of the "TurnLightOn()" method should do the trick. The problem is, I need to find a possibility to continuously check for fire light sources (torches, braziers etc.) around the player and don't know where to start for this. I realize this is probably going to have an impact on game performance, but I'd like to test it. Any help is highly appreciated! Thanks!

I'll keep this short and simple. If there is already a mod like this, or someone can make one please treat this as a request thread. If not, I am looking to do this myself. Fire in Skyrim is fairly "tame". I don't like how I can spray a bandit in flames and he just continues running at me, engulfed in fire, and swinging his sword. By far the best implementation of fire in any game ever is probably Far Cry Primal. When hit by fire, enemies scream in agony as they move their arms and are burned alive. It's what fire would truly look like. I'm trying to make mage-combat in Skyrim more brutal, visceral, and intense. But I know it'd be too much work to make enemies scream and writhe around in pain. So I've found a good simple solution. All I need is to mix a fire-spell with a fear-effect. A fire spell that ALSO has a fear-spell mixed in. Think something like "rout", but super strong. So in practice, I shoot the spell and the bandit catches fire and runs away screaming. It might be OP or break balance, I don't care much for that. My current RP is all about a mega-powerful Game of Thrones type ruler and game-balance isn't a concern for me. TL;DR Please tell me how I might go about creating a destruction spell where you shoot out fire and the enemy catches fire, but there is a fear-effect built into the spell so the enemy also runs away.

Okay, I finally got around to really playing Skyrim SE. I do not have SKSE64 installed. I do use Re-Engaged ENB and Vivid Weathers + True Storms + compatibility patch by Ionas177. I have the most updated ENB Series file and the most updated version of Re-Engaged and the most recent versions of the weather mods as well. I also use Realistic Lighting Overhaul. At first everything was fine, lights were beautiful, the world was just great looking. My only issue was with faded or white hair or eye textures during heavy fog but that is an ENB issue and I think a lot of us are waiting for Boris to help us out with it. Then I entered Dragon's Reach and Farengar cast a candlelight spell and suddenly the lights all went super bright. The room he is in is utterly blinding, the fire in the middle of the throne room is blinding, all the fires outside have this really wide bright glow around them and the fires around the burned down watchtower are blinding, fighting a dragon is more or less impossible because it is bright enough to hurt my eyes. I've tried adjusting the ENB and it helps but only a little and only if I turn everything under lightsprights to the extreme lowest settings under intensity. I've tried removing the ENB, the problem remains. I've tried removing RLO. Problem remains. I've tried turning off bloom in the launcher options. Problem remains. I've tried dimming the lights under gamma, and that just makes everything else too dark and the light sources are still a bit painful. I've even tried dimming the lights in Vivid Weathers and get the same as reducing the gamma. I've googled for hours and found several issues of this happening in Old Skyrim but rarely did I find any real solutions. Obviously something is haywire somewhere. I'd appreciate any help. I'm not sure what information would be helpful so let me know anything you need to know and I'll post it. My graphics card is GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition and my OS is Windows 10 Pro. I did follow the suggestions made by the author of Re-Engaged as to how my Graphics Card handles Skyrim SE. My Load Order: This is the load order I've had from the beginning of the game and this is the only character I'm currently playing. The only thing I've added or removed has been texture mods since starting and they required no esp's. If anyone can help me I'd very much appreciate it. Thanks.

Alright so in Oblivion, you went into the staff shop in the Imperial City, you could buy or steal a staff that was one of the best non player made staves. Apotheosis, It dealt 33 damage of Fire, Ice, and Electricity. It was always fun to steal if at the beginning of the game and romp around Oblivion blasting everyone with it. I would love to see a mod maker recreate this staff for Skyrim SE, but rather then 33 damage, having it deal 50 damage per element. LE Looking for a substitute for Fire and Ice Overhaul

I just saw a video on the Fire and Ice overhaul and I went to download it but it was hidden. I want it because it makes fire stay around for longer and that would be very helpful for me since I like to take a lot of screenshots and I have an idea for a particular shot of my char standing in front of a burning building. I know about the console comand "TFC 1". I've actually did some test shots but by the time I get the fire in the spots I want on the building and posistion my char, the first flames start to dissapear. I was just wondering if there was a way to make the fire last longer. Thanks. -
Hello guys, I believe the Rudy enb is causing this weird glitch. It's happening when it's night time in Whiterun, other places in Skyrim are fine. When I disable my enb in-game, it disappears. Hello, I really like the archery in Dragons Dogma where you press a button and it shoots an arrow instantly. In skyrim you have to hold down the button to notch the arrow then shoot it. I played with player.setav weaponspeedmult but that only eliminates the draw animation. The notch animation is still slow. In summary I want a hod to remove or speed up the notching animation so I can shoot a full drawn arrow with one click of a button without having to hold down the button. Please send me the names of the mod if this has already been made. Thank you so much if you decide to do this for me!

Hey fellas, just felt like I should start off with I'm new to modding. Just made my first 2 mods which is just upgraded stats, and made new temper recipies. One of the items I modded was creating a new Azhidals arcana, I buffed ignite to be viable in legendary difficulty but now I wish to change the flame color emitted from only the modded version of ignite. I downloaded Nifskope and GIMP 2 to do this. Iv'e tried several things mostly consisting of changing the Emissive Color and every single BSEffectShaderProperty under any and all NiNodes into Green. Iv'e also been wanting to try changing the Greyscale Texture, however where nifskope pulls the file from I cannot find it via File Explorer or GIMP - textures\effects\gradients\GradFireCloak01.dds. It just doenst exist. The folders exist but the only thing inside is gradblood.dds and gradblood02.dds. Any help would be highly appreciated. Picture https://imgur.com/a/jpxYj

I would really like the ability to use kindling at campsites to rest, or some other way to accomplish it. I just would like to feel like a wanderer of Gransys, not afraid to brave the night out among the monsters.

So this only occurred today and I have changed absolutely nothing about my game (Save a couple follower mods that clearly should have nothing to do with the maps themselves). It appears the actual embers in the fire are stretched? For example, take an HDT cloak. Every now and again there's a moment where the cloak is stretched to the literal end of the map. Then it is fixed if you re-equip it. It appears the actual fire mesh is stretching to no end when I'm in Whiterun. Yet when I'm outside, it is completely fine with no issue. And this does not occur with any other towns or villages. It is only Whiterun. And I do not remember getting anything else for fires except "Better Embers". What sort of glitch/bug is this and how should I go about fixing it?

I cannot fully express how much i like braixen. and my jimmies get thoroughly twisted if I dont get my braixen fix in every medium through which i am able to express myself. Is anybody willing to make a playable race mod for braixen? specifically with the model used in pokken tournament. someone already made a tf2 scout replacer mod using it http://files.gamebanana.com/img/ss/skins/575d174841941.jpg and someone else used the same model to replace rochelle from l4d2 maybe someone can use the same model for skyrim? I'd make it myself, I honestly would. however unfortunately not only do i lack the knowledge and skill to do so, but i am also in college, so i do not have the spare time to do so. :'( also a side note, id rather not have the stick in her tail be a part of the model, i'd imagine that this would make creating the mod much easier since there wont be a need for a custom equipped staff placement. speaking of staves, if anyone can, please make several custom staves for all the destruction spells (and the telekinesis spell) using the model of braixen's stick? or just any stick for that matter? (as long as it's wielded like a wand rather than a staff, whether or not it looks like a stick is secondary) Please please PLEASE, could someone make this a thing? i would REALLY appreciate it! :smile: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EDIT: it has come to my attention that asking to use the model from pokken is not exactly recommended here. i apologize, im still pretty new here, and dont quite know all the rules and regulations that are in place, despite having had an account for a few years (not exactly that active). assuming that it is okay to create a custom model based on braixen, would anybody be willing to do that? i realize that its a bit of a taller order, but i might as well ask anyway. all the stuff about the staves/wands too.

Ok, something thats been irritating the hell out of me lately is when my character catches on fire; molotovs, incendiary turrets, burning lasers, whatever; this 'wall of fire' flares up on the screen for a few seconds and cant see anything in front of me. anyone else have this problem and found a solution?
