  1. Just saw Fury Road, then watched the original trilogy of movies and just thought it would be grand if someone could integrate max's car into the xre cars system. Sure it would bouncier than a bounce house in a tornado, but the coolness factor, think of it!
  2. Hi there Nexus mod forum! I'm having some trouble finding the files i need to play around with to change the names on interceptors in the game. From my understanding i'm looking for .INT files, which i've had trouble locating. I can't find it manually in the xcom folders nor in the exe. I'm using a program called ResourceHacker to open up the exe and poke around at the inbaked files but it appears this program doesn't open up compressed files thus i'm probably missing them that way. Does anyone know any better program to use or am i so daft that i've missed something out in the open? Any help would be appreciated. :smile: EDIT: This has been solved! :)
  3. When I engage a ufo the game crashes to desktop. I tried reloading from the savegame before intercept, however the same ufo appears and crash persists regardless of which interceptor or attack mode I choose. See attachment with log and savegame.
  4. Hello there. I am currently playing X-Com EW Long War mod. As you already know, the air combat is broken and I got sick and tired of having to load like 10-20 times in order to take down a UFO, especially in the beginning of the game. I want to modify the fighters and UFOs values. I already know it's somewhere in "XComStrategyGame.upk", likely in Objects / XGItemTree / BuildShipWeapons and UpdateShips. I have installed Notepad++ with hex plugin for editing and UE Explorer for viewing the upk. I have found the fighter weapons with UE Explorer. How do I proceed from here with modifying the values ?
