  1. This may seem strange but I need help identifying a small but annoying problem I'm having. I must have installed a mod that lowers the player's weapon when walking, but now I want to get rid of it, and I can't find any trace of that mod anywhere in my files. I use NMM, but I don't have any mods that would affect this aspect of the game, or so I think. Is there any script name or something that I can look for to fix this? It has become annoying in combat when I'm strafing and my gun automatically lowers itself. Then once I fire it pops forward, then back down again immediately after. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
  2. Hello everyone, Like many of you, I'm enjoying mods such as Darker Nights, Realistic Lights, FogOut and reshades. We all like this darker and immersive atmosphere. :ninja: The problem is, that all this darkness require to often use the flashlight which is extremely bright and instantly brakes the atmosphere! This light makes a pitch black corner of a room look like it's under the sun... What would be great, it's that if this light brightness would be the same as if when you set all the 3 colors to 1/4 or 1/3 of their intensity. (in the Main - Display options where you change yourPipBoy screen colors) This set of colors makes the flashlight intensity just perfect! But in same times makes the PipBoy interface so dark it's almost unusable. :sad: Maybe someone could make a mod or modify one (like Legendary Lamps http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1707/?), so the flashlight become much less brighter without affecting PipBoy screen interface brightness? :pinch: Thanks
  3. I am, as an avid Skyrim player, fanatical of graphically enhancing mods. I am also, however, demanding of smooth FPS and high view distance in games. After some research to no avail, I am disappointed albeit not surprised by this mod having not been created yet. I am running on a Gigabyte AMD 7970, and a 3.6 GHz AMD QuadCore FX-4100. I have CoT installed, many enhanced towns/villages mods, realistic lighting mods, populated city mods, and despite hardware capability and lack of background activity I still experience lag when in towns and cities. When I am roaming the wilderness, I can generally get a solid 60 FPS. Enter Whiterun or Riverwood, for instance, and this can plummet to less than 20. This is obviously because of mods, however I would rather see this fix put into place than see my areas become uglier and vanillafied if you will. My proposal is simply a mod that detects whether or not the player is inside certain cells/worldspaces, (Riverwood's cells or Whiterun's worldspace, etc.), or any interior cell, versus simply in the Tamriel worldspace or any area not listed. When the mod detects that the player has entered a city/interior/town, the view distances will drop to user-defined levels. When the area is exited, the view distances return to normal. I am inexperienced with scripting, otherwise I'd make this myself. I would imagine using triggers and Papyrus or SKSE this could be achieved with relative ease, and the most tedious part would be keywording worldspaces and cells as lowered view distance or regular view distance. This would prevent lag in dense areas, those being primarily interiors and civilizations. At the same time, the density of these areas leaves physical visibility lower than that of the wilds and thus the lowered view distance would not be such an eyesore. Maybe it's impossible, I wouldn't know, but it would be a damn good performance boost if it were made. I forsee no possible incompatibilities or unsolvable issues involved, the only underlying factor being a potential moment of lag when reentering an area of unmodified view distance that is not preceded by a load screen.
  4. Anyone know a good way to lower my VRam usage other than disabling Anti-Aliasing or using a texture optimizer? I have 2GB of VRam and it's still maxing out, O.o Here's my BOSS Log.

Do you know a way to tweek the camera so I can get a nice view when playing a pixie for example, or a very very small race, always in third person? the camera stays high compared to the scale of the character (lower than 0.5 scale) and the max I can scroll is not close enough to get a good immersion.... Its literraly a gears of war-like camera for very very small character... help?
  6. Hi, everyone! I hope I put this post in the right category... I have a question for you. Are there any SD textures for UNP or UNPB? I always found HD textures; even the UNP mod page only has HD textures. CBBE has HD and SD textures, so why UNP doesn't? I love UNP (and I don't really like CBBE), but my machine can't handle HD textures very well (I barely tolerate to play under 60 FPS and I have a low-end pc, so I have to choose carefully what mods to install...). Thanks for the attention and for any help you will give :-)
  7. Hello! This is my first post to this forum, so if I did something wrong, please tell me. I have a problem with HGEC. For some reason, the lower half of the body separates itself from the upper half, leaving a gap in the middle. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance! Kristy.

I notice that there will be some to much clipping on ankles/calves when equipping vanilla boots (oddly, I only encounter this problem with some heavy boots, but no light ones) with any HGEC lower body model other than small. This includes both completely nude and any greaves/pants armor that uses an HGEC lower body model other than small. Are there any mods that adjust those vanilla boots as to reduce or remove clipping?

I think a mod that adds more marijuana usage to the game would be more like "Gothic" games from :Piranha Bytes.... just adding my 2 cents when you didn't ask for my ha'penny.... and I know this is not even out on the web yet, but a if there could be a way that "Mana" lowers your Cold levels, that would be an amazing mod too.
