So something I've been thinking about doing for a while now is adding weapons from Fallout NV into Fallout 3, though just the guns that Fallout 3 has ammo for already. I could make a Calibr version but I'm not up for the work I'd have to put into putting the Calibr ammo into leveled lists. Sadly I will not be making modable versions as thats far too much work for me right now, though I may make unique versions of some guns with cool features like drum magazines, scopes, faster firing, etc. Anyways, not only will the mod bring some FNV weapons to Fallout 3, but I plan to make some of my own varients of Fallout 3 and FNV weapons. I've got a quick list made up, but if any one has some decent ideas or changes I'm all ears. I'm going to try my best to get most of these done if I can with my skill. Far warning though, I'm still new to moding and modeling so there may be bugs. HI all. so, trying not to sound like a complete noob here so bere with me :P. I made a custom cat/neko like ear mesh, and after a literal week of messing with the bslightingshader thingy, and a LOT of testing, i managed to get the little buggers into the game... Well, now heres my big problem, the ears simply won't attach to the head.. i use 3ds max, and in there, when i try to move the head around, the ears seem to be attached just fine, but then in game, they float all over the place, although centered around the head. I tried nightasy's tutorial, and went through all the stepS. I THINK the problem is to do with the skin wrap modifier, it just doesn't want to sit, stay, and be a good little modifier. in other words, it seems the moifier won't stay with the mesh after being saved, almost like it gets deleted once i save/export. again, i'm not sure, as this is my first time meshing/modding for a game like skyrim. I'm just not sure how to get there ears to stay still on the head.. any help appreciated!

I've been meaning to port over a character of mine from another game, and noticed a severe lack of Neko inspired mods, i figure all one would need to do it take the cat ears from the Khajiit, and the tail and put it on a humanoid body, Make it a slightly Asian looking race. I'd probably try it, but I'm new to modding in general, let alone making mods. Anyone wanna take this on? Not really looking for Anime, Keeping it looking like the current game would be good. So long as you can change the hair , ears and tail separate. Seriously, You'd be my hero I'm aware of the cat ears/tail jewlery, But i want to be able to use Khajiit abilities too, without looking like I'm covered in fur and have a snout, while still keeping the Khajiit available. Even if it's still essentially just a retextured Khajiit.

The closest I've found to what I want is the Hybrid Khajits mod, but it's exclusively for SSE and I don't have SSE, I have SLE. What I really want though it a mod that turns the Khajiits into more animesque cat people, Nekos specifically, essentially making them human races with Cat ears instead of human ears, +keeping the tail. Basically just a classic Neko rather than furry.(no offense to people who like the idea of furries, just not my thing.) Does anyone know of one? Could I accomplish this by just replacing the Khajiit's default meshes and textures? Would also like an Argonian version as well. Something like Miqo'te and Au Ra from FF14. But I want them to fully replace all default Khajiit and Argonians.
