I dont know if it would be possible, but can someone make a multiplayer safe save file that has enough runes for level 150 with all the talismans, weapons, sorceries and items, but with nothing defeated yet? I want to play through the game trying new builds without investing hundreds of hours into the game.

Hey guys this is my first time using CK and I'm trying to make my own custom playable race. I followed the steps detailed in This Tutorial, was able to actually make and Load the race into the game. However, any cloths or armors i equip don't show up. I've attached an image showing how my race IS equiped with some gear but is still Shown with out. I'm have no idea what to do and need help.

Please forgive any mannerisms or cluelessness as my people skills are not great and I do have some personal issues to say the least. Also sorry if this is in the wrong area. I'm also very new to modding, like the only things I recall doing was maybe 3 or 4 things for minecraft a long time ago. Besides that, all I've done recently is just use the .ini trick for Skyrim because that arrow range was annoying. EDIT: However, now I am finally starting the process of installing the needed tools and then any mods I desire. This thread discussion will serve as my HQ for this adventure and will likely be edited to better serve numerous areas. Hopefully things will go okay but I will need help, please could anyone assist me to anything I'm currently facing which will be a new comment. Some things I will leave intact from this Main comment and as such would appreciate any response to that as well if needed. What do I have to work with? I think I'll write something here just to give an idea what I have. I will be using Steam and I have the standard edition of Skyrim Installed with DLC which is confirmed to be the Legendary Edition from the Anthalogy. I moved my documents from my C: drive onto my D: drive within the last year I think simply because my C: drive was filling up. I also have most if not all of my game related stuff on the D: drive, I did use a game save manager at one point to help locate files but that was a long time ago. I would like to keep everything on my D: Drive if possible as I have more understanding and freedom of it's contents then what I do with C: drive, I'm no where near as tech savvy as I thought I was / use to be. At the time of writing I have 105GB free on there but that is and will change at some point depending on what else I play, want to play or complete. In terms of system and specs I am using Windows 10 with the following hardware below: 8GB ramAMD FX 6300 six core processor with 3.50GhzSystem type is 64 bit operating systemNvidia Geforce GTX 1060 3GBThat's all the relative information needed right? I also believe that I'm running things on ultra or at least high if that helps. I'm assuming that some things would need some leeway outside of Skyrims default suggested systems in relation to whats running it; like changes to the way the game looks or how well things would perform. I think that's the gist of things but if you would need to know more please just ask as I want to try and help you to help me as much as possible because I REALLY do feel lost. What is currently installed? EDIT 11/08/17: After browsing potential Mods I discovered that there were essential or deemed needed Tools / Utilities in order for things to fully function and get their benefits. It's proving to be quite the task to say the least but it is NEEDED. I've written my most up to date plan of action in the most recent comment I made from today.Refresh self with some of the mods used in Gopher's tutorials because there was some that I personally liked.Install Mods one at a time as advised and to then test if it's working in game. I will be sure to maintain load order as I go along using LOOT and the info on the Mods page. Closing questions - Might be common sense or self explained but maybe not for me How safe is modding your system and desired game? (My paranoia is still a little shaky) If something goes wrong, how easy is it to resolve? How long does it take to fully feel comfortable doing this sort of thing? Everything should work okay with steam and vice versa? If this takes off and I end up getting comfortable with mods, what would happen if I get a new computer or this one breaks? Conclusion Currently working on modding my Skyrim after watching Gopher's videos and collecting information. I mostly enjoy everything in this game, but there is one thing I despise with a passion; The fact that a person equipped only with their bare fists, can block your melee attacks. Doesn't matter if it's a sledgehammer that could smash their head apart, or a ripper that should be able to cut right through their wrists, an unarmed man can continuously block every melee attack thrown at them, making melee combat against said UNARMED MAN nigh impossible without the use of VATS. So, somebody could either make or link me to a mod that either: Removes the ability for both players and npcs to block without a melee weapon,Or makes it to where said blocking does not negate any damageThat would be excellent.

As the title says, a custom object I've made doesn't display any shadow. By comparision, vanilla workshop items placed do have their own shadow. Could anyone enlighten me as to what could be causing this (possibly missing data in the .nif file?) and how to fix it - it's a small issue, but now that I've noticed it, it's really bugging me.

I'm not a big fan of the actual power armor. There's no issue with the animations, I just want it to be smaller, like a master chief, idk, just don't like it that bigass. Is something like that hard to do? sorry for the gramar

Hey everyone! As the title suggests, I'd like to have a mod remove all civilized NPCs from the game. I want this primarily because I'm aiming to overhaul my Skyrim into a survival and exploration game. Here is basically what would be perfect: 1. No merchants, quest givers, guards, civiliians....nothing friendly basically. 2. Keep aggressive things like bandits, falmer, trolls, vampires, blah blah blah 3. No quests...none. All about exploring your surroundings while staying alive using mods like Frostfall, Campfire, iNeed, Realistic Needs and Diseases, Hunterborn, Wet and Cold, etc. 4. Pretty much turn Skyrim post-apocalyptic. Lets just imagine an alternate timeline where Alduin killed pretty much everyone and you're just a lucky survivor! I don't know if this is possible or would be too difficult but I think it is a mod topic with a lot of potential that no one has tapped into. Let me know, I'd be very eager to hear some mod author's thoughts on this!

I need a few to dedicate at least 15-30 minutes of their day to help me bug fix this mod and get it to a stable Beta or Final version. What you would be doing is a lot of 'free testing' which means that you play as much as you want, how you want and when you want, reporting bugs along the way in a text file on my google drive or on the mod page [here]. The mesh from this download Real Flying - wings Invisible while Folded Hides all lights visible on the player when folded I am hoping someone knows why that is and can maybe fix it, it is treated as an effect but also has a mesh. The main mod works perfectly and the difference between this option file is with this mesh in NIFSKOPE is that it has a NiControllerManager block that I suppose controls the hiding of the effect which lies the problem. It also has a changed corresponding behavior file with the optional download but I am not sure if that is the issue. More Info Looking into the problem "invisible wings when folded option" not producing any light on the character whatsoever. It only produces light when: - weapon is equipped or drawn (including 1h 2h bows crossbows and arrows) - when wings are spread out by jumping - when running or sprinting- When any effect is playing ie (wet and cold breath, get snowy effects, ) Again not expecting an answer but I like this mod and this is the only thing I know how to do.

For immersion I have disabled the compass in my "skyrimprefs.ini" but whenever I load into the game, I have to put "refreshini" into the console for the compass to disappear. Any suggestions? Thanks

I'm trying to apply the unwrapped UVW to my mesh in NifSkope so I can get a better idea of what parts go where (I've colour-coded them) however, the texture is applied numerous times all over the mesh. I can't really explain it that well so I'll post some screenshots.

Hello all, so recently I started modding Fallout 4 and I've had problems with modding it for a while. I use Nexus mod manager and install mods through that. At first, the mods would not work using the default setup and I fixed them by putting an asterisk (*) in front of the .esp files and making my plugins notepad not read only and then launching my Fallout though the Fallout_Launcher.exe. This worked for a small amount of time but when I tried installing more mods especially ones that require F4SE such as place anywhere it no longer works and the save I have can't load the previously saved mods. When I change the plugins notepad it also deselects all of the mods on NMM but not they're simply not loading. If anyone has any solutions please it would mean a lot. Thanks.

Hey, i would be super appreciative if someone made a mod for the Xbox One that disables gore, much like doing bDisableAlGore=1 does on pc. it would be super awesome if someone did this, im no modder, but it seems relatively easy. now plz nobody say "wtf if u dont want gore dont play Fallout!" i have heard it before. Thank you so much if you decide to do this for me.

I'm not really a fan of blood and gore. I know a lot of people are but for me it takes away from my enjoyment of the game. There was a mod for Skyrim that did this and i loved it. I don't know if this type of mod would be hard to do but i would love it.

I would really appreciate it if someone would make a mod to remove the blood textures. I'm really not big on them, and it would be fairly quick and easy to do. I'm just not experienced enough to make it myself. Thanks!

So I've been trying to make a race with creation kit using another mod that adds a half giant race into Skyrim. What I'm trying to make is a frost half giant by copying and pasting all of the half giant stuff but changing some stats and making their skin blue. I succeeded, everything works as I wanted except their faces are non-existent. They are just eyes and teeth with no face. Hello, I'm using this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/44795/? to prevent any armor/weapons from breaking so they don't take any damage at all. The only reason I'm using this is because NPCs cannot repair their gear at all. I've tried to look for mods that got NPCs to repair but there wasn't any. The only problem with this mod is that my armor skills cannot increase. Is there any way to make armor skills go up but still take no damage? What about a script that constantly renews durability of ALL ACTORS' gear, so technically armors and weapons still take damage but they just get renewed? There is a mod called enchantment restore that does the same thing for enchantments maybe a clone of that mod but for durability could be a good idea? :blush: Please share your thoughts :cool: Notes: I use original Oblivion + Shivering Isles + 1.2 Patch + Unofficial Patches + OOO + MOO + Severeal other petty mods, if that helps ;)

i was watching naruto and modding skyrim at the same time, right? so while the manager was installing a mod, i saw naruto use shadow clone to stay on chief toad's back and i thought, wouldnt it be cool for that to be a skyrim mod? so it hit me. what if someone were to use player.createfullactorcopy (at least thats the oblivion command, not sure about skyrim) to make a copy of yourself but also do some scripting to have if follow you like a companion would. if the clone runs out health or magicka he/she poofs away. no health means death, and magicka can be considered chakra (none = death). if the clone runs out of stamina, it take +10% damage. when a clone is spawned, it should also ignore any and all friendly hits while in battle as for how to bop 'em up, 3 spells should do the trick, "Shadow Clone +1", then +3 then +5. up to a max of 10. also a "remove all" type spell for the clones... i dont know if this is possible, since i only know the bare basics of item editing and such, but i thought this'd be nice to have. a death animation could be done by doing an effect at the time of death just by adding a smoke effect and a fade out. like the disable command or "deletefullactorcopy" only with fade. but the fade is optional. the corpse just has to disappear is all. --------- side request if able/allowed: a make of a sword similar to sasukes in shippuden only mainly pitchblack with silvery accents with about maybe a 3 foot (scale size) blade with a damage of 50 upgradeable to 75 or 100. reach of 1.25... its a small request so it didnt seem neough to make another thread. (doesnt have to be sasuke's sword, just a straight-edge-and-blade type thin with a tanto-style tip) [like in the uploaded pic, only blacker with a straight tanto like blade]

Hello everyone, So, it's been some years since last having played Oblivion and I felt like playing it again. The thing is, when running the setup on the disc, the installer doesn't give me any options whatsoever. The setup launches, disappears and automatically installs the game on the C drive (default install location). All my other games are installed on an HDD because my C drive is located on a 64gb SSD with most of the space being occupied by the OS. Tried running it as administrator, same result. The last time I had it installed was on a computer running XP and as far as I can remember the setup worked fine so I guess it could be a compatibility issue. It's one of the earliest retail copies, without any of the dlc/expansions. Current OS is Win7. EDIT: It's not just Oblivion, but any setup that's on a disc/disc image it seems. Pretty strange.. EDIT2: Checked if the only other game I have a physical copy of (Borderlands) has the same problem, but that installer runs fine. Could it be an issue with Installshield Wizard?

After many reinstallations of Skyrim, I want to make sure my next install remains perfect. I have a few questions pertaining to the matter- I am using BSAOpt to unpack my BSA files. I am unpacking them for modding purposes. First, are loose files truly better in terms of performance as opposed to BSA's? HDD space is of no issue, I just want to be sure I do not decrease in-game performance via unpacking. Second, I recall that when I was very new to modding, I unpacked my BSA files (all of them) and experienced CTD at startup. I assume this was due to another issue, not the BSA's being unpacked themselves? This led me to assume that unpacked BSA's caused poor performance, but all other evidence leads me to believe otherwise. Third, Will unpacking "Skyrim - Textures.bsa" cause the high resolution texture BSA's to not function properly? Hence, do I need to unpack the high resolution texture BSA's after my standard BSA's in order to use the textures? And last, can I delete BSA files or replace them with empty BSA files after unpacking them in order to save hard drive space? Or do the proper BSA files need to be present in order for Skyrim to run properly, even if unpacked? Thanks in advance for any replies!

Using Mod Organizer, a character of mine suddenly lost his body texture. It is all purple like a normal missing texture. I have no idea when this happened. I thought it was because of CMO-Complete Male Overhaul, but even deactivating the mod did not work. I attached an image to show you the issue, and it was with the body mod uninstalled.
