Can someone make a super in-depth class mod with long vampire fangs, Tiefling claws, and custom clothes/armor/weapons/spells/abilities that can turn others into vampires and thralls, as well as shapeshift into various things like rats, bats, mist, a wolf, and a dragon? I really want to fully RP as this OP badass vampire lord.

Hi, first post here so lmk if I'm doing anything wrong! I am looking for a mod/method I could use to change the backgrounds of companions. I've checked around the internet for mods like this and came up blank. If anyone knows a mod that does this that I might've missed/would be willing to make a mod like this/could point me to character files to mod this myself, that'd be great!

Hey. So, I've been playing Mass Effect Legendary for awhile. Without any issues. Been playing it on this computer for awhile. My question is, is it graphics specific? Or does it matter how you run it? Cause the graphics I have is Intel UHD Graphics 620. I actually used PC Benchmark to deterime that and its the only thing that it failed at. Which confused me. And since discovering that, its getting worse for ME Legendary. Now it just stutters and slows. And it wont run ME3 anymore. Actually, when I uninstalled Mass Effect Legendary from Steam and uninstalled Origin and uninstalled all the mod folders and it fixed ME3 somehow. And now, it just wont work anymore. And Im afraid of uninstalling Origin again because it might make my game unplayable? Will it make my games unplayable if I uninstall Origin? What's up with that? Also, am I pushing it if I'm trying to play the game on an incompatible computer? Will it damage the files? Maybe I should not be playing it on this computer anymore? I love Mass Effect, so just. I need advice. Should I save for a better laptop before considering playing Mass Effect again? Cause it worked so well for some odd reason and now I can't play them anymore. To be fair, I can still play ME1 and 2 if I repair it. When I tried to do the repair for ME3, it made it unplayable. I might have broken it. Will having better graphics help repair the game? I need advice cause I'm not technical. Not so much.

I'm begging (on my knees) for someone to please make a mod which will allow you to change the appearance of party members. Alternatively maybe give me some pointers as to how I could create such a mod, since I've already seen a few mods which change the appearances of some characters.

To any absolute madlads who would be interested in falling down a rabbit hole with me, I have been writing and recording dialogue for a potential modded dragonborn Sorcerer Origin companion character for BG3, given the lack of a recruitable Sorc in the base game. I posted my first draft of this to Tiktok (https://www.tiktok.com/@lordbathriel/video/7279564708301065515) and it BLEW UP. Got a lot of comments telling me to come here and partner up with a modder to try and make an all new companion! It's an absolutely crazy idea, and a ton of work, but I wanted to know if there was any interest from the modding/coding side of it? I'd do all the scripting and VO, but I'm useless on the technical parts. Let me know if this is remotely doable, or a complete pipe dream!

Pretty self explanatory, I don't really care if i can change the gender ect of origin characters but at least being able to change make up, hair, hair colour, eye colour.

With all the Origin and NPC appearance mods for Tav that exist, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to make one that gives Origin voice options for Tav as well to go along with it?

Hi, all!! Practically a newborn modder here, but I know there's a way to change an NPC's equipment after a certain stage passes in the game. I've explored the Improved Atmosphere and I can see for instance that Howe's guards change uniform after his promotion, and that they have UTC files with a '2' attached. I'm assuming there's a script or something to tell the game when to switch UTC files...I'm wondering how that is done? Many thanks in advance for any help you can give! EDIT: I should add that I've gotten the Toolset to work on Windows 10 (set it to open with administrator privileges and to run on Windows 8 compatibility) and I searched for Cullen in the single player module. I found the state/NPC of him I want to edit. Under Creatures, I searched for Cullen and found a "cir230cr_cullen (Cullen)" under the Broken Circle folder, which is exactly where he would be when I want to edit his armor. I know how to do that...I think. I took it, exported a copy, and to test if it works, I stripped all armor and just dumped it in override. Loaded my game from the Fade, played through the floor, then got to him and he was the same. I am also using a Mod that changed his face...but all it does is edit a 'mor' file, which changes his face. I don't want to touch that. Also, I removed a modded character utc file that changed Cullen's Templar armor. So nothing with his name is in my overrides folder. So I guess what I'm wondering is: 1. If Toolset can find a UTC when asked, does that mean the UTC is being actively used in the game? 2. For my purposes of modding Cullen while he's in Uthred's cage, have I selected the correct UTC? 3. Finally, how can I change Cullen's armor and equipment while he's in the cage? Thanks again, anyone who had to read through all that!

So I got the game about half a year ago through the Gamestop App, enjoyed it for a bit and could install it directly through the app. Now though after I get a new computer and deicde I want to play it, it gives me a code to redeem through Origin. Okay, no problem, I have a few other games on Origin. First 'issue' is that I accidentally selected the German/English version instead of the English/everything else so the install is in German, still no problem, Im actually taking a class for it right now so way to learn faster. That I dont care about and could get changed if I talked to a GM, but thats besides the point. When its part way through installing (When it gets to the Textures) it skips to an error screen " Installation Fehlgeschlagen!" "Die Installation von Dragon Age: Origins ist Fehlgeschlagen." (Fehlgeschlagen = Failed) Thats it, no error code, no reasoning. Its happened every time so far, no idea whats wrong. Ive looked at other posts about errors and none have worked, in fact one was TO install it from Origin, which ironically is my problem. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I have been playing trough Dragon Age quite a few times now, and so far there is but one single thing that Really makes me frustrated with this game (Especilly if you play as a human noble) and thats the situation with Iona's daughter, Amethyne! You know Iona from the "Sweet Iona" quest? (Dont try to deny it, you know what i mean) Anyway, if you take the time to talk with her you quicky finds out that she has a daughter by the name of Amethyne, who by then resides in Denerim, then you take Iona to bed and dont care much more about that until suddenly Iona is killed by Howe's men, for a few seconds you feel sympathy, which quicly goes away with a mix of rage, and for quite a while you will completely forget everything about Iona, UNTIL you Denerim and actually find Amethyne in the Alienage, still waiting for her mother Iona to come and get her! See: http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Iona Now, i have been scrolling trough a few forums and looked trough a few walktroughs, and quite a few times i have seen people asking 'Is there nothing we can do to help the poor child?' and the sad answer is, no. There is absolutely Nothing you can do, even if you played as a human noble and in fact took Iona to bed and your character know very well who that poor child is, there is nothing you can do. So, since i dont seem to find (Strangly enough) no requests for mods that gives you the ability to help Amethyne, i guess i will put up a request, to be honest i find it strange the people in Bioware did Not make a big thing out of this, you could make a whole quest out of helping her. So what i am asking is this...Someone, please make a mod where you can help Amethyne! I have a few idés (I am not a modder myself, sadly): 1.) Give her some money and she heads to the chantry (Since the orphanage is...well..you know..) 2.) Adoption #1, Now this is where i think you could even make a pretty cool thing out of this, you adopt her and she follows you even in the camp (but into battles and such) and trough the camp-region site you can converse with her in different ways and gain some quests, such as..i dont know, she might wanna go to a special place, give gifts or even teach her things, basicly you try to be as good a parent as possibly. 3.) Adoption #2, The same thing as the one above, But, you find someone who in turn are intrested in adopting Amethyne from you, claiming that a darkspawn batteling gray warden whos quest is to slay the Arch Demon and end the blight, might not be the best parent for a child, and instead offers to adopt the child from you, could be another elf from the Alienage or a Dalish elf, or some other random person, and the Warden is forced to make a decition, either claim that you would make a great parent and keep Amethyne as your daughter, or adopt her to 'this other person', agreeing that you indeed arent the best parent material. Well, that is all i got, i at least hope some people might find this an interesting concept, and sure hope there are more people out there who want to end that heartbreaking moment when we realise we cant help poor Amethyne, and realise that even BioWare can be real douchebags sometimes. Dont be afraid to toss some feedback if you got any, and anyone out there got any idés for what could actually be done about Amethyne, dont be afraid to post it here! ps, I bet there is a ton of typos in here, so i just wanna make it clear that English is not my main language.

A lot of "what" these past few days. First my DLC, now my interface. After Steam bugged out, I switched to Origin. I've done the cache-clearing, install, repair, uninstall, reinstall song and dance about three times, but the computer gods are not sated. EA support just told me to do the dance again. :c

So I got battlefront 2 through the epic games store while it was free. I've been playing for years now on ps4. After looking into mods for BF2 I made sure to get everything working properly. After downloading frosty and editing the launch properties within Origin, everything was working fine. But after trying to launch it today, I was prompted to update origin. Not thinking anything of it, I did. Now the mods wont launch. The Launch path is still the edited one I added "-datapath "so on and so on"" I tried installing a older version of origin but it wont launch without being in offline mode and doesn't show my games. Will I just need to wait for a frosty update? Or is there anything else I can do on my end?

Hello, everyone. Longtime member, first-time poster in these forums. I've been enjoying mods here on NexusMods for a long time. I'd hate to begin my first thread in an angry tone, but I have been tinkering with Mass Effect: Andromeda all day long and it isn't working, therefore I am more than a little upset. It started out with me trying to run mods through Frosty Mod Manager, to which I have tried every solution on the Internet (that's a story unto itself). But I have no choice but to put that problem aside for now because now I can't get the game to play at all. When I was messing around with the mod manager, at least it got me as far as the character creation screen and would crash when loading a game; but now it doesn't even get that far, crashing all of five seconds into the game logo screen. I have tried repairing it through Origin, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried messing with the graphics through GeForce Experience, tried lowering my Windows resolution, tried updating my video drivers, and nothing works! It is frustrating like you would not believe! I'm trying to get it to run normally and conquer that beast first, and then worry about modding once that's done. Might I need a new video card? Could that be the problem? It ran just fine back in 2017. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. [Edit] I talked to someone from EA Technical Support and it turns out I've run out of free space. It's that simple. I do have a 4TB HDD that I could swap to which should do the trick. Sorry, everyone.

I've been searching for the animation codes/numbers that you can put into the consule using runscript ani then the animation code to trigger specific animations. I cannot find any information on that anywhere....Does anyone know where I could look to find those? help? Help? Pretty please?

I would love to see a Valentine quest mod that explores his origins. We know he's a discarded prototype. I imagine this mod starting any time after you meet him, with a quest prompt along the lines of "Ask Valentine about his story." Hearing his vanilla story line about being a discarded prototype then triggers the main mod quest to go explore some abandoned Institute vault where he was made, where you can find out through holotapes and terminals why he was abandoned on the surface without being destroyed or deactivated. Of course, to make it interesting, there are perils of various types along the way. Maybe even a boss inhabiting the vault, as an explanation of why it was abandoned. Alternatively, the mod could alter the actual institute so that you can find out there what happened, but I'm not sure how you could make it interesting a la boss fight. Plus, that would depend on the player character being at all interested in the Institute, so maybe a separate vault would be more attractive to more players in general.

Hi everyone I just got DA:I for Christmas and while I do hope it is a rush on the servers I have been unable to login to origin from within the game itself all day =( I heer the default world state is quite, Un pleasant. and while I've spent 5 hours playing I do love the game I want to make sure I get all I can out of the game. My Issue: I can't use my custom World State due to the game not connecting properly to Origin. My request: Would anyone mind creating a world state / save and sending me the save file ? I know it's troublesome but I would highly appreciate it I already looked around the nexus No character visually is to my taste and the ones that are I find out don't take my choices I wanted them to. If someone says they'll help I'll gladly get screenshots of the character design I like it doesn't need to be perfect, and I'll list all of the options / choices for the KEEP. thanks for reading, If I can connect to the servers I will come back to delete this post but if it's here I'm still hoping for that dream save. UPDATE/EDIT: I found that I can share my World state via friends on Origin No other way I see so that would be easiest on the choices! Why in bloody hell didn't they include a comic like they did Mass Effect 2 and 3? ;(

Hello I've never used mods before; but I am good with computers; hardware and software - looking for some advice. Most my games are on Steam - but I have quite a lot of games on other Launchers for PC.... I want to mod mostly pretty modern PC games like the Tomb Raider Reboot Series, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Far Cry Series, Bioshock Series, Crysis Series, Wolfenstein Reboot Series, GTA V etc etc etc. Can someone point me to a definitive thread/guide on using mods like Nexus etc on Epic (whether video, website guide etc)? Same question for other types of mod systems - which do you recommend for PC? I have a few good games on Epic - but I'm wondering should I cough up and buy them again on Steam just to use the mods (but I'd rather avoid this as I don't have much cash). Is it that much more likely to actually work at all and/or work properly on Steam vs Epic; and/or that much easier on Steam vs on Epic? Or is it pretty much the same success rate? BTW - do mods work for other game Launchers like games which use Steam or Epic - but then further open them in the Ubisoft Launcher or just the Ubisoft Launcher on its own? Similar question for EA/Origin Launcher games... What about modern games sold as Microsoft/Windows Games ? Any other Launchers I'm forgetting for PC? Same questions again for Xbox Game Pass for PC - do ANY mods work with those games? Really interested in this as I will be renewing my Xbox Game Pass for PC this week ? For ref I have a spec'd out 12700K, 3070 Ti etc running Win 11. Any other advice or links etc to help me figure this stuff out - would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help

Hey guys, I love Dragon Age Inquisition but something that has always bothered me was the holes everywhere from the ramparts, to the war room to titles being misplaced and holy s#*! my generals bedroom...... and other tower entrances and stuff. With all the skilled and epic modders out there, why has no one tackled a texture overhaul of the coolest castle in gaming Skyhold. I get it would be hard to add extra rooms and such, but the only mods Ive came across where web removal, and color and throne alterations.... Does anyone know of any mods that make Skyhold complete or at the very least fix up parts. Well have a good day
