Hi everyone ! I need a little help. For one of my settlements (Sanctuary), I really want to focus on the roleplay and the immersion of the game. I would like to place a NPC somewhere and make it not move at all. For example : I would like to place a settler on a chair, and make him NEVER move, N E V E R ! Is there a mod, or a solution ? thanks :)

I've searched but haven't been able to find a mod that does this. Is there a mod out there that will allow players to "snap" an object to the desired area (primarily walls) and then rotate that object along the snapped axis? For instance, I place down my wall, I prepare another wall by snapping it to the first, however before "final placement" it allows me to then rotate that wall to say... a 45 degree angle from the first wall (barring any illegal placement issues) while staying "snapped" to the first wall. Upon pressing the confirmation button again I would then have a nice angled turn. it would allow me to create more "rounded" areas. I know there are several convoluted ways of currently achieving this but they are ridiculously time consuming and frustratingly maddening sometimes. Is there a mod out there that does this? or will I have to wait for the GECK?

So placing items in the world when droping them is mostly done to decorate. Placing guns, ammo and mods works just fine if placed on a shelf, table. But when placing things such as Insta Mash or Whiskey or mostly anything else it clips halfway through the table/shelf and eventually falls through. I've been trying different things, like placing the items then waiting for 48 in-game hours, try to place them without the workshop and waiting, with the workshop and waiting,... Nothing helped. Having a mod that would allow you to place an item, freeze it or make it stay that way without clipping/falling would make the game much more immersive. For example: Building an epic base with a ton of settlers, decorating with shops and chair and shelves and tables, and then you want to place items to make the world seem even more so alive. Perhaps a bottle of whiskey and two shot glasses on a table, next to an ash tray with a cigar and a cigar box. Placing different crafting components like gear, circutry boards and duct tape on shelves to make pretty storage units. Making a collection of clothes and apparel by droping and placing it on shelves, perhaps combine them all and make your own hardware store, just for the sake of it. Maybe placing some vendors, like a doctor, then filling their table with chems, liquor and blood packs, placing tv dinner plates with forks and spoons and knives with meat and beer next to it would make for a much better feeling to the life in the settlement. The game would be so much more enjoyable if you could place items and know they wouldn't fall or clip like nothing. Maybe a script or something to make the item freeze, something to make it work. I appreciate anyone reading this. If anyone agrees, please comment your thoughts!
