I need to place a few mods at the bottom of the load order and I can't figure out how to do that with LOOT (if there even is an option). I'm not using MO2 (I know, cardinal sin) as I have too many mods installed, and I don't feel like dealing with that again because it took me close to 20 hours last time to get everything installed as I am a hoarder. Can anyone explain how to do this? (Without MO2) The more details, the better. Thanks!

Sorry if this Already exists as an issue. Today I was adding a few more mods to my mod list, and after downloading a total of around 10 I got a notification on vortex that Some mods are redundant. After checking how many it was a total of 157 ish out of my 219 mods had apparently no plugins. The game I am trying to mod is Fallout 4. I know that vortex caps esps or esms at roughly 200-250, but I don't think that is the problem. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as using the Purge Mods option on Vortex. Neither of those worked.
