I just found out that if Barrett Dies during High Price to Pay, before you complete his companion quest, you will be forever locked out from the Parallel Self power you receive from the temple for the rest of your playthrough, or until you start NG+. Looking for someone to (if possible) to add The temple that gives the power without the need for Barrett. Or even better, if someone can make a mod to completley reverese/undo the decision the player makes during the quest, to "resurrect" or bring back the dead member.

On my first playthrough I wasn't paying too much attention to finding temples, by NG3 I had all but two of the powers (22 of 24) at least once (11 only once), so I found a list of all the planets that temples spawn on and visited every one of them, I didn't find a single extra temple, so from my NG3 save I only have 12 out of 24 temples and no others spawned when I visited every galaxy they're supposed to be in. To experiment I started a brand new game, followed the storyline until I got my first power, then I revisited every galaxy from the list of planets that temples spawn on (as I realised you get a quest marker as soon as you arrive in the galaxy) and found temples on Skink, Frost, Altair I and Power from Beyond sending me to Altair III, that's 4 plus the one I had so 5 out of 24, I know that a couple are quest locked but still, I don't know why I'm not finding the temples. I read somewhere that you have to have the artifacts first, so I used console commands to get all artifacts, then dumped them in the captains locker and took them out again in case theres something about acquiring them, and revisited every galaxy again, still nothing. I've searched online and all I can find is vague references to not all temples spawning on first playthrough, or it still says you need two more when you actually have them all. I was hoping I could start a new game, confirm that all the temples will spawn, then go back and play through organically, (or figure out how to get the missing temples in my original playthough). I am playing with a lot of mods, I don't know if they can interfere with temple spawning (I might try and look through xedit and see if theres any clues). Aside from blaming mods, is there anyone with a clear insight into the temple spawning mechanism that can spot something I've done wrong? or any insight? List of systems I've checked, that are supposed to have planets that temples can spawn in:

I like using a variety of shouts in the game, including some modded ones. The Dragon Aspect shout is fun to use partly because it looks cool, and partly because you're super-powered.......but you can only use it once per day. There are other shouts like this too, like the werewolf power and others. I know the restriction is due to a "power" tag associated with the shout/ability and that restricts its use. It'd be nice if there was a mod that either removed the once-per-day limit on all things, or at least made them toggle-able in some way.

I have this spell that I've created that's a lesser power. It's a fire and forget spell. Thing is with lesser powers is that you can spam them, so I want to add a cool down to the spell and my current idea was modifying the cost of the spell after the cast and once the duration of the spell is finished, return the cost back to normal via the mod spell cost method used in perks. However, that modifies the magicka cost of all spells, which isn't what I want. Any other ideas of how to give the spell a cool down? I would prefer to not use scripts as I have no experience in them as well as having minimal experience with the creation kit. EDIT: I have figured out a solution to this problem on my own, however it doesn't seem efficient so I would still appreciate any other suggestions that people may have.

Hi all, I'm trying to create a mod that allows the player to equip a power that lets them dash over a short distance very quickly so that, at the cost of stamina, they can dodge blows in combat situations. This mod needs: Movement speed modifiersThe ability to use powers multiple times per dayHaving the magic effect cost stamina instead of magicI haven't had much luck with the speed mods, but I think that's because I'm overthinking the magnitudes. I can probably figure this one out with more experimentation. Do I even need magnitudes for a spell like this? Is there a simple way to have a power re-usable but with a short cooldown? Will I need to write scripts in order to build this power and its cost? Because I was hoping to avoid scripts for PS4 support as well. Lastly, is there a command that unbinds your hands? Only, creating new save games to test my mods is tedious... Like the title suggests, if you can point me in the direction as opposed to just giving me solutions, I'd really appreciate it. I'm just trying to get my head around the system at the moment, so telling me what parts are possible and whether they require scripts and workarounds or are included in the basic editor package would be brilliant. Thanks in advance!

Hello all, this is my first forum topic, so please bare with me with the little bit of info of the mod I am looking for XD The mod dealt with having a alternative way to use Racial powers, do to the fact as we all know once we get our shouts, those activating racial abilities, go the way of the dinosaurs, or rather we have memory lost of those said abilities. I watched a video of a mod, that removed the the ability from being connected to the shout button, which in turned provided a new way of using the abilities, as in entering combat while drawing your weapon you will cast a racial ability. I can't remember for the life of me where I seen the video, that I notice this mod on, nor can I remember if it was just for Vanilla, or for SE as well. Any information of such a mod would greatly be appreciated P.S. I seen the auto cast mod which cast abilities once your HP/MP/STM reach a certain percentage, I also seen the multi casting mod that lets you cast more then once per day, those two are neither of the one that I'm currently looking for. Thanks in advance to all those who took time to read my topic! ^.^

Bayonetta gives me life, SHE is my QUEEN the fact that nobody has made a mod for her (except the follower one) is mad disrespectful sure it's not really lore friendly but whoo cares she's bae and I would loooooooooooooove is someone made a mod for her like costume wise, weapon wise, and hair/face wise cuz she gives me life and skyrim kind of gives me life so it'd be lit for the Umbra Witch Cereza/Bayonetta to be turned into a mod cuz she's so fab.

i would love it if someone could make a bats power for vampire lords in human form, preferably with less range and no clipping with NPC's (so that i can dash behind them and stab them in the back :D) thanks! :smile:

Somebody should make a mod that changes Hircine's ring into "Amaterasu's Ring", giving it the color scheme of Ammy from the game Okami. The Wolf form ability that comes with the ring would have an alternate wolf form modeled after Ammy and would come with several celestial brush techniques (slash, cherry bomb, fire etc.) to be used in lieu of other werewolf abilities. The mod should also come with those same abilities unlockable as shouts, with the second and third word of each shout being unlocked with money donations to shrines (like in the original game). The Glaives, reflectors, and beads would also be an amazing addition to this mod. Overall i think it would be a very fun mod, and if nobody picks this one up, i just might have to learn how to mod to do it myself :smile:.

I recently installed runic eyes, trying to make a playthrough as a character who has magical eyes that can cast various abilities such as paralyze and the like. Does any such mod exist? (I'd imagine it would use the shout animation but not move the mouth and add a visual screen effect.)

Patch 1.06 buffed many powers and weapons in the MP, but we don't get these buffs in SP. It would be nice if someone could do such a mod. When the Frosty Editor is released I might try do do it my self.

Anyone read 8-Bit Theatre? Hilarious web-comic. Anyway Black Mage has a once-per-day spell (power) that at the shout of Hadoken! shoots a plasma blast that obliterates absolutely everything in its path. He can also use it to fly, long as he had feather fall in place, but leave that aside. This Level 9 Light Spell is powered by siphoning the love out of the universe. Black Mage obtained it by sacrificing 9 orphans to some ancient god. Anyway, hoping someone will code a once-per-day shout/power obtained by making a deal with Dagon (as Prince of Destruction he seemed most appropriate, despite Boethiah demanding sacrifices) and killing... doesn't HAVE to be all the orphaned children, let's just make it a hundred innocent orphaned bandits. Or something. Console commands work too. Also, should be the body of a warrior in red armour lying next to the altar, perhaps crushed under the weight of a large cabinet (Armoire of Invincibility). On his body one would find two generic steel swords and a pair of fancy steel Sword-Chucks! Sword-Chucks Yo! Only usable by someone wearing full heavy-armour (without inflicting more damage to the wielder than the opponent) these would be the greatest weapon ever devised by the minds of Genius! Also a Note about how Black Mage is his eternal friend, possibly granting power Hadoken if sacrificing children is too hard. Anyway, Hadoken. One-per-day power, sends a massive plasma (electrical damage I guess) blast in the direction the caster is facing dealing, let's say 1,000,000 HP damage to anything it hits. And if possible, if cast while jumping (is that even possible?) sends the caster ragdolling backwards like they were hit by a giant club, minus the damage.

You can Upvote it if you agree with me, but also please give your ideas on reddit AND here. These idea need to be seen... Hi. If there is one thing that I really enjoy the most in Skyrim, it's the vampires, and especially the vampire lord. I love being a powerful supernatural creature, being evil, a wolf among the sheeps in this world. But, in the main game, I feel too...Limited. I decided to download some Vampires mods. I enjoyed some, but most of the time, there mods just add some overpowered powers that you can activate in One click, so much powers, really a lot, and not very Lore Friendly. After that, I didn't feel like a powerful supernatural creature, just a player with a tons of easy powers. But, there is one mod that particularly touch me : Dark Maneuvers. This mod add some new powers to the vampire lord, more lore friendly for me, Some that are linked together, other that I can use to make some combos, and even powers that are not just "spell like", than you can activate in one click, some the powers are more...subtle. Like the "create gargoyle" power/ritual. This is not just a simple power, this is a sort of ritual, and it could be useful in a lot of way, because you can really control your gargoyles. Guard, Transform in qtone, ... It's make me feel more than a real vampire lord. You just don't create gargoyle by conjure them, they are not limited in time, and they can do other things than just follow you and attack all your enemies. I want to come to the point that this power and some others of this mod, even the mod itself represent for me how a good skyrim vampire mod should be : focused on feeling like a real surnatural beast, powerful, terrifying, but not overpowered with some powers easy to use and that don't really make sense for vampires (Explosion things, etc...). For example, the teleportation mower in "Better vampire" is too OP for me : I prefer the "Rush" from Dark Maneuvers, the Bat power, etc... So, here is my idea : Make a real vampire mod, with some real vampiric powers ( example, like night vision, feel the blood during a second (like in Sacrosanct if if I'm not mistaken), in Dark Maneuvers : Rush, Takeoff, Shadow Shield, create gargoyle, bite in combat, from the back, ...) more focused on "not easy used powers", more ritual like, like for the create gargoyle power in Dark Maneuvers. (I have also ideas about necromancy but i'll talk about it in another post. I will paste the link when it will be available.) and more focused on all new real vampire mechanics : Like, for example, in Sacrosanct (I'm not a fan of this mod because for me, vampire shouldn't use all this differents random powers and spells that feel more magics and overpowered than vampiric), there is a quest called "Blue Blood" that I particularly love, because it's more focused on an evolutive way to become more powerful, and it's very vampiric for me, same for the Drain ability to unlock spells (even if, once again, I think that these spells are more overpowered and magic than vampiric, but that's my idea). Vampire should have some surnatural and terrifying power, but they will really need to evolve to unlock them. We can easily imagine some way to unlock them, like beating a certain amount of people, making some rituals all over the world, defeat and consume some powerful other vampires to evolve, etc... We can also imagine that this rituals will need some corpses, and a certain amount of blood. For example of rituals, I think you should look at this awesome mod : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/76918. And all the powers (even the powers for which you will need to make some prealable "rituals" or actions to use them (Like the "create gargoyle" power in Dark Maneuvers) will cost you some blood points (We can again easily imagine a blood point system). And all the actions like rituals or feeding on vampire(or most powerful mortals) will not just give you some active abilities, but also some passive abilities. I had also ideas about thralls, like they will be under our control until they died, and follow all our orders. I was inspire (again) by the "create gargoyle" power in "Dark Maneuvers" and by the "Undead Servants" mod : We will be able to control thralls, and use them to make some actions (exactly like the Undead Servants, but maybe in an improved way. Like a mix of the "create gargoyle" and "Undead Servants" systems, for vampire's thralls. We can imagine that the number of thralls can depends of the vampire’s level of the player. A newborn vampire will be able to make and control not too many thralls while a powerful vampire lord with a great vampire’s level could control a village or even a town (that will make so much slaves and servants for a big castle haha.) I hope that you all understand my ideas. Maybe it's more like a good mix with mods like "Sacrosanct", "Better Vampires", and especially "Dark Maneuvers", in a less overpowered and easy power way, but in a more vampiric way. There are a lot of things that we can imagine about making ritual, consume vampires, explore vampires ruins with rituals, etc... There are a lot of things to do here. But for me, the important things is to point the fact that vampires mods now are less vampiric, and to easy. There is so much things to do, so much things to improve. I think we have golds here guys. Please, give your ideas, feedback, but if you like my idea : share it. Share it to modders, mods and vampire lovers, and I hope that some great modders (maybe all the vampire mods's modders, who could say haha) will find it, and realize these dream. Modders, There are really something to do here. Please, why not think and work together, all together, to create the best awesome vampire mod in all skyrim. All these ideas were really mades in other mods, this is possible. These dream is possible. Please, don't let this dream die. Let's create the best vampiric mod. Oh and I’m french, so sorry for my terrible English haha. Hope that I’m understable. Maybe I should soon create a discord or something to build a community around this idea and maybe a future project if some modders are ready. Ps : Oh and for the great creators of mods like Dark Maneuvers Undead Servants, etc… Please, update your mods to Skyrim Special Edition. We really need this awesome mods.

Hi, so I always thought it weird how the vampire lord night power supernatural reflexes had a time limit on it. Wouldn't it make more sense for it to be toggle-able, at the cost of stamina? Or perhaps at the cost of manna since that is what most night powers seem to draw from anyway (I still don't see how sonar/'detect all creatures' can be considered a magical ability, but whatever). Pretty sure it can be done: I think it was SPERG that did something similar with the 'Assassins Reflex' power. Could be wrong about that though.

Basically a mod that reconstructs the character ultimate abilities from Overwatch inside of Skyrim as either spells or powers. I'll offer a list; Dragonblade (Genji) - Summons a sword (can be either a Bound Blade or actual sword) that deals 120 damage per hit, 20% increase in attack speed, 20% increase in movement speed. Lasts 9 seconds. Deadeye (McCree) - Destruction spell that takes 6 seconds to cast. Every enemy within the FOV is immediately killed once cast. Barrage (Pharah) - Power that launches a 'barrage' of Dragonbone arrows towards wherever user is facing, 30 arrows per second, lasting for 3 seconds. User cannot move during the Barrage. Death Blossom (Reaper) - Basically a guardian circle that deals damage to all enemies (not just undead). 8m radius, lasts 3 seconds, 170 damage per second. Preferably make the circle black (optional). Tactical Visor (Solider 76) - Can only be used while using a ranged weapon/ranged magic. Duration of 6 seconds, all projectiles shall hit the enemy closest to the user's crosshair. Increased fire-rate by 50%. Pulse Bomb (Tracer) - Stick a bomb onto an enemy, 2secs after placement, detonation occurs dealing 400 damage to any enemy within 3m of explosion origin. (Optional, as I'm not sure bombs exist in Skyrim). Configuration: Tank (Bastion) - For 8 seconds, cast Fireballs that deal 205 damage per hit. Explosion on contact with first collision point. 4m radius for explosion, dealing 100 damage to any enemy that wasn't directly hit. 20% increased movement speed. Dragonstrike (Hanzo) - Summons a bow (can be either a Bound Bow or actual bow) that fires a single projectile that materialises into a Dragon twister Preview: Deals 100 damage per second to any enemy inside the twister. Dragonstrike can penetrate walls (the initial arrow can't). (You could probably steal the dragon animation from the Overwatch game files). RIP-tire (Junkrat) - This one is probably impossible to do, unless you wanna go the extra mile? Blizzard (Mei) - Spell that creates an AoE with a 8m radius, freezing any enemy inside and dealing 10 damage per second to any frozen enemy inside. Duration of 5 seconds. Molten Core (Torbjorn) - 300% increase in HP, 25% increase in attack and movement speed. Duration of 12 seconds. (Optional: during this "ultimate", reskin or retexture the user to appear 'molten'). Infra-Sight (Widowmaker) - See all NPCs through walls (like the Detect Life shout) for a duration of 15.5 seconds. Range of user's render distance or 30m. Self-Destruct (D.va) - Power that, after 3 seconds of activating, detonates an explosion dealing 1000 damage to all enemies within LoS and within 20m of the user. User is unharmed by the explosion. Earthshatter (Reinhardt) - Summons a warhammer/battleaxe (can either be a Bound Battleaxe or actual warhammer/battleaxe) that when initially swung, paralyses all within a 45 degree cone that extends for 20m. The duration of paralysis is 5 seconds. After the first swing the weapon summoned shall remain for another 20 seconds or until the user toggles the power off. Primal Rage (Winston) - User's weapons/spells are unequipped. User gains +500HP, 100% increase to melee damage + knockback effect. User can leap 2m high and 7m long, instead of the standard jump. Power lasts 10 seconds. Roadhog and Zarya don't really work. Try it for a challenge? Nano-Boost (Ana) - Grants target friendly NPC a 50% boost in attack speed, movement speed and damage output. Target is also enraged and will seek out nearby enemies. Lasts 8 seconds. Sound Barrier (Lucio) - Any friendly NPC (including user) within 20m gain +300HP, and a 25% buff in movement speed. Effect lasts 6 seconds. Resurrect (Mercy) - Resurrects any dead friendly NPCs to full health within 15m (Max of 5 NPCs can be resurrected per use). If a NPC is incapacitated because they cannot die (Like Serana), they are still restored to full health and are no longer incapacitated). Transcendence (Zenyatta) - Power that makes the user invulnerable to all damage and effects, and heals any friendly NPC within 10m for 300HP per second (including the user). User gains a 100% increase in movement speed. Power lasts 6 seconds. While the power is in effect, the user cannot use any magic or weapons (basically the user cannot attack). (Optional: User glows yellow and Stendarr's Aura around the player, however Stendarr's Aura will not apply it's effects). Symmetra doesn't really work either. Extra note: All these ultimates should have at least a 5min (IRL time) cooldown. Optional request: Add the voice lines that the Overwatch characters use when they activate their ultimates. E.g. When using Hanzo's Dragonstrike, the voice line "Ryuu ga waga teki wo kurau!" shall activate as well as the Dragonstrike power. Someone needs to make a full character overhaul mod, and bring the elements of the game Overwatch into it. For example, like Tracer teleporting 5 feet in front of her, or Genji using his ultimate to pull out his dragon blade and have 300% increased damage for like 10 seconds. Idk, I think it'd be cool

I was going through the College of Winterhold questline the other day, and I got to the part where you find the enchanted artifacts in Saarthal, and I had a flash of inspiration: A mod that gives you a toggleable power that causes enchanted items on the screen to glow, for 1MP/Sec. And perhaps not stop there, but containers and people with enchanted items, or people with ongoing magic effects (like Oakflesh, Night Eye, etc). In theory you'd be channeling magic to your eyes to view magical effects in your area. It seems like a simple enough mod, and I'd do it myself if I had any familiarity or knowledge in Skyrim Creation Kit. If anyone would be willing to show me the ropes collaborating on this, I'd be grateful.

Hey guys, I'm relatively new to modding as only now did I decide to spice up my ME3 runs. I was wondering if it was possible to edit your squaddie's powers. Kaidan for example, a Biotic Sphere seems to fit his personality for me than his Barrier powers. Maybe add Shockwaves for Javik instead of Slam. I've been searching forever for a mod and came across the Coalesced something engine or whatnot. I don't know hot it works precisely but I think it's only possible to edit Shepard's powers and not your squad. Not really sure, I'm going to have to take another look. If something like this exists already I'd be very much grateful for directions.

Could someone make a mod that adds the power to breathe fire when player equips the torch and drinks vine, mead, or other alcoholic drink? The animation could be a mixture of the fire breath shout and blocking with the torch. Also, the damage done to the enemies should be affected by the strength of the drink - lowest on ale, highest on Dragon's Breath Mead, or one of Talen-Jei's "special drinks".

I know little more about modding than adding them with a mod manager... But I wanted to get some ideas out there to see if it is something that can be turned into a mod, or if it's good enough to convince Bethesda to add into fallout 4 I wished that tag skills had more meaning than a small boost, I wanted them to describe the history of the character and I thought that each skill should have an ability assigned to it and tagging them gives you that ability... For example, I wanted to play like naked snake in MGS3, and wished that I could perform some CQC with my pistol equipped.. The closest thing I could get was awkwardly fumbling the ranger takedown move by unequipping my pistol, but that never worked consistently It got me thinking of skyrim's shout system, I thought if VATS could be separated as a default power, or maybe a beginner quest to acquire, that the button could be mapped for powers.. Just like skyrim's shouts/powers.. Since I only use the controller to play. I don't have all of the powers figured out yet but will leave it up to others more creative to work it out. But to start the brainstorming process.. They would all have varying cool down timers Unarmed: quick takedown Melee: stunning boomerang, or perry quick kill/damage boost Survival: dodge roll (invincible animation) Guns: bullet time Energy: same as guns Science: shield boost (blocks fire/energy attacks) Sneak: assassinate or camouflage (resets detection status to unseen when out of eyesight) Explosives: quick defensive mine, conical blow back effect Barter: scatter caps (calms enemies for short time) Speech: silver tongue (turns human enemy to ally) Repair: over-clock equipment (short armor and damage boost) Medicine: morphine shot (no stagger or crippled limb effect) Lock pick: ?? Auto pick?? This would also open up a path for perk powers or context powers, like climbing or shooting an under barrel weapon ( grenade-launcher/shotgun/bayonet/flamer) Anyway it's something to ponder on I figure somebody else has to like thinking of ways to better their favorite games
