I have RDR2 on steam. I have Vortex and have downloaded several RDR2 mods. I have followed numerous videos and âhow toâsâ on how to download and install Vortex. Along with how to download mods. I also have the correct file path for the RDR2.exe. However, I cannot get mods to work in Vortex. They are downloaded, installed, and RDR2 is ready but they are not showing up. For example, some mods have hot keys of some kind and there are not working. Anyone have some advice or have another thread that talked about RDR2 on Steam and using Vortex?

Hello, This is my first post here and i wish it would have been a happier one... That beeing said, i have been playing for over a month and about 250 hours. I only play with mods and have the most populair mods installed and they work great. My problem now is that when my park grows I tend to see dinosaurs caught in an animation, that animation keeps them in one place where they can eat or drink or even move and be checked...if I do nothing they will die. Sometimes it helps to tranq them and replace them to a different part of the biome . Last night i was watching a live stream on youtube from Evolution Square, and there i heared something that said that i went over a limit of decorations...Does anybody know this is true, or does anybody have a better idea of whats going on? The mods i use are ACSE, expanded parks, freebuild, expanded paths and fences and expanded parks... Hoping to get this resolved soon Thanks in advance

I'm new to this community of Mods and not long ago I installed scripts that interest me, the problem is that when I try to start SKSE64 in modorganizer it doesn't open, even when I open it directly from the folder. I also have the problem that the following window opens and that supposedly downloads the most recent versions of the mods. I need help please. A plugin DLL could not be loaded correctly. If a new version of Skyrim has just been released, the plugin needs to be updated. Hello, i have a big rpoblem i playing very good for one reason my game flash line. My problem is launch the game but stop intro whith charge loading and 2 o 3 minuts the game clouse and then pup up messeges error flasline. how i cant fix that Any can help, i don kwo what the mos can be conflicts, vortex mod is good but the problem is you can see last install mods :(

ok I am having trouble with some armor mods got some to work. but they make the my char body dissappear, I'v look online for help yer tryed it and not much luck. I'm new to this sort of and trying to learn from others. but most are old videos or have written an essay in forums on website on how to do this and that. yes it is helpful but I just want to do the changes I need and play. I know some of it can take time I have spent 2 days trying to sort this out...... any video links etc would be nice or advice

Hi, all! I'm having a few different problems which may be attributed to a few different mods I recently installed. Any help, suggestions, or advice is greatly appreciated, even if you're unsure if it'll get me anywhere. Feel free to tackle any of the problems (or all) with me. Before I start, here's a list of the mods I'm using (taken from Wrye Bash): Active Mod Files: Okay, now that that's over with, let's move onto the issues at hand. Each problem will be listed in order of importance to me, from most to least urgent: Problem #1: Partial ini reset at random time during gameplay This is the problem I want to be fixed most quickly, as it's the problem that most breaks immersion for me. So, basically, at random times during gameplay, three ini settings reset on me all the sudden to the minimum value and I don't know why. These ini settings are object fade, actor fade, and item fade. At least, those are the only 3 I know of for certain that reset. It could be more that reset in the ini file, but those 3 are the only ini settings that show in the "video" menu to reset in-game. Now I would probably be able to fix it by myself if I knew what was causing it... but honestly, I have no clue. The settings sometimes reset 10 seconds after loading the game... sometimes they reset 10 minutes after loading. Never have I gone more than 30 minutes without them resetting, and so far it's mostly happened in any outdoors cell. I have a few different suspicions as to what's causing it: -Oblivion Reloaded's Framerate Manager. I remember this happened once with all the ini settings after first downloading OR, but I fixed it by simply setting the "SaveSettings" option in the OR's ini file to 0 (off). The problem was fixed for several days until yesterday, when the 3 ini settings now started to reset. The "SaveSettings" option is still off, so I have no idea what could be causing it. -Oblivion Stutter Remover. Honestly, I'm not entirely sure how all of OSR's options work, but it seems reasonable to say OSR could be causing it? -RAEVWD or TES4LODGen. I just feel like anything that has to do with distance could be causing this problem. Idk man, you tell me. I could be dead wrong. Those are just my theories. I tried changing the Oblivion_default.ini file to match my Oblivion.ini file, but that didn't help. I read that changing my Oblivion.ini file to read-only helped some people with similar problems in the past, but I'm worried it'll render my Oblivion Reloaded FPS Manager or Stutter Remover useless? Anyways, any suggestions as to what's causing my problem and/or how to fix it would be appreciated. Edit: Literally minutes after posting this, I needed to update real quick lol. I just launched the game to try to figure out what was triggering the problem, and I noticed after pausing (not journal, but hitting esc) and then resuming without even going into any other menu triggered this problem! I have no idea why pausing would cause this problem... yet it did. Problem #2: Messed Up Water Reflections So, after installing Open Cities Reborn, it worked beautifully... with one annoying problem. The water reflections in cities don't match. I'm assuming this has to do with Oblivion Reloaded's water not being compatible with OCR, but again, I'm not super experienced with modding, so maybe I'm wrong. It's not that big of a deal, but it's certainly annoying, especially in places like Anvil, to be swimming in the water and suddenly swim through the partial reflection of a building that isn't really there. It just looks weird, and it's hard to describe. I can upload a picture if that makes it easier to understand. Any way to fix this? Also, the water reflections in any city with water always reflect windows with the lights on from the Window Lighting System mod, even if it's broad daylight and the window light is off. Any fix for this too? Problem #3: Lower than expected FPS I know, I know, I'm just another amateur complaining about low FPS when in reality my game just has quite a few mods and my computer is gonna struggle anyways... Really, the FPS isn't bad at all. When travelling the roads or in an open city, my FPS will drop to about 30-45 FPS, but sometimes go lower or higher. It probably is just that my game is modded + I'm using LOD enhancing mods, but just in case there is a conflict that is reducing my FPS, I'd like to know. My computer is new with a gtx 1070 graphics card, so I was hoping that an older game like Oblivion could handle a bit more with mods. Then again, I heard Oblivion doesn't run super well with newer machines anyways, so there's that. I don't really know what else to say to give a good description of what could be causing my FPS drop, besides everything running at the speed it should, but some advice on FPS increase would be appreciated anyways. Problem #4: Window Reflections mess up sky Okay, this is kinda bizarre and I don't have an explanation for why this is the case, but here we go: if the "Window Reflections" option is on, then the sky occasionally gets messed up. The clouds will still be there, but the actual blue sky will turn black. Weird, right? It took me forever to figure out it was the window reflection option causing the problem, and turning that option off fixed it. Not a big deal, but window reflections were kinda nice, so if you have a solution where I can keep my window reflections on and also have a normal sky, let me know! Last problem, problem #5: God damn floating door in Anvil So, there's a door floating outside the anvil chapel. I know the problem: it's Open Cities Reborn and Kvatch Rebuilt. I got the compatibility patch for the two mods to work together. I disabled the patch to see what would happen, and there would be buildings clipping through each other everywhere in Anvil. So I learned that the patch effectively removed all the buildings that weren't needed any longer, but... a single door was left in the game. I don't know if it's the modders mistake for missing the door, but I think it's more likely my mistake (mostly because I don't like blaming other people if I don't know for certain. Also, I'm grateful for the patch, so why complain?) Maybe it's my load order? Sometimes when I approach the door, my game crashes, though this isn't often. I tried removing the door in TES4Edit, but boy did that cause problems. I had to go to my Oblivion data backup to prevent constant crashing! I probably edited the wrong file or saved it incorrectly or something. So those are my problems. Sorry if I was overly-descriptive, and if my long descriptions weren't clear enough. I just want these issues solved if possible. Just ask me if you need any clarification on anything, I know that I can suck at describing things sometimes. Anyways, as I've said a few times, all and any help is much appreciated!

In my save game I repeatedly have two strings that generate unattached instances. The strings are: 0(2) ::Alias_Elf3000000000_var::Alias_Enemy1000000000_varI can't track these to a regular script to terminate, it looks like they may be on-the-fly generation. They will lead to script instances typically like this: ObjectReference: *refid=FORMIDX:000000(00000000) (000001ca52c9db00)In researching this, I found they might be from 3DNPC but there's no guarantee of it. Also, some saves are clear of them so it is hard to test. Currently I just clean them up regularly with a script cleaner. Has anyone any idea how I can terminate these scripts for good? Thanks!

From eliminating conflicting mods or mods that took up too much room or VRAM (I have Windows 10 unfortunately), I spent a long time on the order and ran it through LOOT/FNIS. I tested each mod individually down the list by starting a new game, test, repeat. Now THE PROBLEM is that I have my order, I'm ready to play a Skyrim game, but the scene instantly in Helgen after the Dragon shouts everyone over, I get up and Ralof calls me to the tower. In some of the tests I was able to run to the tower... but NOW, it shows the movements of my character running, but I'm not moving anywhere. I am making the movements, even with my fingers off the keyboard, just am not moving forward or in any direction. Do I have a bad mod that I didn't pick up in the tests? Because I only tested as far as the cart ride, didn't make it to the movement section (that would've taken much longer). Is there a problem with my load order according to LOOT, or do I have a conflicting mod, or too many mods? I have 219 plugins active in this list, and am going to start Helgen Reborn after I finish the intro. Any help would be VERY appreciated as I've spent a lot of time already trying to get this to run on my own XD Thanks in advance.

I've used over 60 mods playing Skyrim Special Edition but planned on moving to fallout 4 being bored of Skyrim. I completely uninstalled Skyrim and deleted all of the mods for it. Downloaded Fallout 4 and I'm having a new issue with mod installation. Very few mods seem to work for me and i've even gone the distance to deleting all of the contents from the NMM folder and reinstalling NMM. I tried to install/activate mods such as bodyslide, craftable ammo, enhanced blood textures, but it just ends up giving me a path error when for Skyrim following the same exact steps it worked perfect. I've also gone to the extent of manual installation but they dont show up in NMM. One weird thing there is a config bodyslide option in the supported tools menu of NMM despite it not being activated or installed. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hey all, so I haven't played Skyrim in quite a while and the other day I went through, deleted all data/mods and reinstalled it so I could have a fresh start. So I went through and started freshly installing some of favorite mods using NMM, and using LOOT to help me sort them. Now, every once and a while, I would start the game up, open a new game, and make sure everything worked alright. Now, I would only watch to see if it opened up and showed me riding in the cart because that was all I wanted to ensure. The plan later was to download an alternate start mod to test out Enhanced Character Creation, etc, make sure everything was working properly. Well, after test-starting it a few time I decided everything seemed fine so I went ahead and stalled the rest of my planned mods, which ended up being about 15-20 more. So, total I had about 70 mods installed, none of which were graphics mods, and I did not edit any of the .ini's of vanilla skyrim or the mods. I go to start it up, and it crashes. Disheartened, disabled the last few mods I'd installed to see if they were the problem. Seeing that the game still crashed, I disabled ALL of my mods, and started the game up again, just to make sure the game would start like normal and nothing about it was broken. Well... it's still crashing. With no mods enabled and trying to start a BRAND NEW, FRESH, CLEAN GAME, the game CTD's.. I cannot for the life of me figure out why. I tried enabling the DLC's and the accompanying Unofficial Patches, etc., but it won't work. That's 4 hours of work...wasted. Please, if any of you have ANY advice on how to fix this without having to delete everything and start over I would be GREATLY appreciative. That being said, any and all advice is appreciated.

So, Skyrim is by far one of my most favorite games, and really the only quirk I have with it is as follows: I've killed a bunch of draugr and here comes some more, I swing to hit the un-dead bastards but then all of the sudden - oh, what's this, it seems I am standing over a dead body (or 5) and I'm hitting the body instead of hitting the semi-living thing that I am aiming right ahead at, guess I'm gonna die. That's the gist of it, anyone else have this problem? Anyone know how to fix it? Any help is appreciated.

i have been trying for 2 days to get these mods working, i have installed them, but when i open skyrim, its the default skyrim. no idea what to do. i have reinstalled both all the mods, and skyrim, still dosent work. look at pictures, any help please imgur.com/a/LkTdP (the pictures)

so i downloaded a mod and for some reason every time i try activating in the mod manager, i looked in the queue tab and it said a "problem occur during install" and now i'm unable to activate it in the mod manager. i look everywhere how to troubleshoot this but i couldn't find it. does anyone have a tip that could help me activate it, any information can help.

I am new to modding and new to Skyrim. My game runs mostly without crashing, but i've noticed, that when I am loading into an open area, anywhere outside. The game will ctd. When i am loading into a building, the game has less of a chance to ctd and will run fine afterwards. I can even load the same save that crashed on start up just fine. any ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated. here are my pc specs, papyrus logs and below them my load order. Hi, there. So I wanted to start completely new again and reinstalled Skyrim. I have beaten Alduin and wanted to mod the game again. But when I started up NMM the window that is supposed to pop up, is not. I would post pictures along with my story, but the task is closing too fast for me to capture it. Dubble click, 1/2 second later gone. Does this have to do with my reinstalling of Skyrim, or is there some other problem I'm not aware of. If someone knows anything, please do comment. So I at least know you're reading this.

So I've come across an odd bug concerning the visor function in PN: while outside or in, if I activate a Hotkey with a visored helmet (in this case it's a ranger helmet) my game immediately freezes and forces a restart. It's not a consistent thing, it happens every so often, but it's quite annoying when it does. I was hoping there'd be a carpet bomb patch to fend this problem off, but I didn't have any luck finding one. Thanks in advance

Hello everyone! For the first time I have tried fooling around with the Creation Kit and I think I got the handle of it, more or less anyways. I tried adding items from the Fallout Master file as well add items from other mods to the tool box besides the workshop of SanctuaryExt. I also tried dropping a few items on the floor and moving some things around. The problems come after saving the mod. Everything seems to be working but there are no changes in the gameworld. I walked around towards the workshop on Sanctuary Hills and there was nothing there, no items on the ground, no new items on the toolbox. Am I missing a step? Why are the changes there when I load the mod in the Creation Kit but won't appear while playing the game? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Problem I having is my gun i made not showing lightning, just the default weapon projectile. I can't figure out why it not working, I change the projectile type and everything.

Hello Everyone.. is the first time that i do this so.. i'm sorry if i do something wrong ;-; Well i've trying to play Skyrim Special Edition but is a kind impossible with the problem that i have... the reason i'm start this topic it's cause i'm having an problem with LOD on Ladscape, Trees, Rocks and other Objects, my draw distance it's alredy on maximum and still rendering things up- close, i don't know what do anymore i alredy try some mods like, Terrain LOD Redone, SSE Lod Generator but nothing seems to work, i don't have any graphics mods or textures that change anything i don't thing this should happend this might be an error or something like that.. if someone could help me i will be very thankful, here my system specs.. processor: AMD A6-7400K -2CPU - 4GPU 3.9Ghz graphics card: Radeon R5 2GB VRAM Memory Ram: Kingstom 8GB 1600Mhz HD 500gb

So my game keeps crashing at the beginning of the game, but what is weird is that it has done it at different spots. It at first was doing it at the title page so I uninstalled all my mods and it stopped. Then it crashed right before character creation. Then it crashed again after character creation. And now it keeps crashing at the same spot- right when the dragon blows fire. It's really bugging me because I just wanna play the game. I've done so much to fix it and nothing is helping. I installed a crash fixing mod, reset my graphics card to all its defaults, reinstalled the game, removed mods from the readme in notepad, set the graphics lower, removed too many frame rates, etc. I watched videos and read so much. NOTHING IS WORKING. There's nothing wrong with my laptop, it's a new Lenovo. It has a good graphics card with lots of settings. It has PLENTY of space as I do not have any other games on it. The only weird things I've noticed throughout this process are: 1. Every time I launch the game Steam tries to install Direct X but I already have Direct X 12 2. In the "data files" box I deleted all the mods but 2 of them won't delete. The two that won't delete were previously causing me crashing issues. However, I unchecked the boxes. I noticed they became checked again after the game crashed. This is weird. I don't know how to remove the mods as they aren't in the data file folder, because I deleted them. I don't know why they're still there. If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated!

First of all, my Specs: Video Card Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits Amd Fx - 6300 Six-core processor (6 CPU 3.5GHz) 8192 MB RAM DDR3 Directx 11 Hello, I am having problems with my fps in the game when I use mods, and when they are disabled the fps increases and drops do not occur. But using a program to monitor my PC, I realized that when I activate the mods, 2 cores of my processors are around 0% of use and the video card loses 20% of use. I wonder if anyone has any idea what it can be and I took 2 SS showing what happens. But what intrigues me is that 2 cores are not used and a third uses 20%, and the video card loses 20% of use. I've extracted the RAR file into my morrowind directory, and from there I run the MGSO Installer as admin. However after I choose the MGSO Options and hit apply, the loading bar goes about halfway and I get this error message: http://prntscr.com/fp9r01 If the link is bad for some reason, this is what the error message says: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and try to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Access to the path 'C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Morrowind\mge3\Polish.Ing' is denied. I've tried pressing continue and walked away from my computer for an hour to see it would resolve itself, but it has not. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
