https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1SrW1WoOB-tPbcv-PDsr3UnrllY-YrOQb?usp=sharing I lost my rabbit a few months ago, and feeling like I needed to do something for her, I wanted to commemorate her in Skyrim by having her be a immortal companion pet. I can see her in game, I can dismiss her, ask her to carry things and such, but not actually get her to follow me. I am not given the prompt for her to actually join the follower faction despite everything. She's in Warmaiden, in Whiterun. I have no idea what I did wrong. I followed Darkfox127's tutorial (the updated one) as I have several times before, but, for some reason, I just cannot get her to follow me. I would really love to have my little Marshmellow following me. My dad is still heavily mourning her and I think seeing her immortalized would likely be cathartic to the both of us. Can someone please help?

This little guy appears in the wild, when you're looking directly to the sun. First time is fun, but it's always there. I can't find mod it came from. I have a bunch of lighting mods installed. Via Lux Lux Nature of the wildlands 2.0 ENB light Enhanced light and FX If someone knows how to take it out that will help me a lot. Thanks you so much, Varghar

I've been cruising the Nexus for something comparable to , and I have to say I'm disappointed. How could this not be a thing, after four years of modding? There are some respectable mods that come close, but not close enough, and none ported over to SSE. I've got a few ideas that I think would make for a good mod. A mod to be remembered. If you are a modder that has experience with NPCs and/or Quests, Dialogue, Scripting, Structures, Dungeons, etc., then I would like to talk with you. I'm a layman when it comes to modding, and I've been informed that I cannot pay anyone for their help (much as I would like to), but there must be something I can do, because I would really like to see this happen. --- Quest: "The Beast of Caerbannog" - Slay the mysterious beast. When you reach Level 5, a Courier runs over to you and delivers a bounty flyer on a "mysterious and deadly beast" which has recently killed some travelers on a road near (insert Hold name here). (insert Jarl here) has requested the aid of any warriors willing to fight this menace so that the roads may be safe once more. When reaching the destination marked by your map, you will chance upon a pile of freshly-dead bodies. After following a trail of bloodstains on the road, into the forest, you will find the Cave of Caerbannog, a cave whose namesake is some ancient Nord's tomb or something. Guarding the cave is a rabbit. But... it's no ordinary rabbit. --- Quest Info and Lore Do you remember Clavicus Vile's companion, Barbas? The little quest with Barbas inspired one idea: for the Killer Rabbit to be sapient, with the soul of some guy, and for him to have his own mini-quest as an introduction. - This is supposed to be at least semi-lore-friendly. Off the top of my head, I'm gonna throw Sheogorath as an implicated party. Perhaps the Nord warrior was cursed by the Madman for saying something off-colour. We all know that Sheogorath is the reigning troll Daedra of the Elder Scrolls, so it might make sense. - He would be fully-voiced, probably by me. Perhaps, for added comedy value, I could tweak the audio to be high-pitched as if I inhaled some Helium. If I do this, I will try really hard to make it as minimally annoying as possible. I have some home studio equipment for recording that isn't a potato. --- Like Barbas, he will not talk with his mouth, so no mouth animation for speaking will be necessary. Fighting the Beast... - The Rabbit's damage output scales with your level (but he will not be easy! Unless you use cheats... and then if you do, f*** off, *censored*a. This isn't for you!). He also comes with some magic attacks and powers, again depending on the level of his attacker. --- At level 20, for example, he may spit Dragonfire (example) if kept at a distance for too long, or when simply alternating attacks. When I learn how that works, I'll let you know. But it must happen. In the name of all that is awesome. --- Combat Like Barbas, the Killer Rabbit will be combat-ready, of course. Otherwise, how could it be a killer rabbit? - Animation like the Skeever's, or something. Or perhaps its own hybrid animation between dog/skeever? That will be ironed out when we get to it. - The ability to nib a person's head off as a fatality animation, just like the Perk a Dragonborn can have. (and just like in the movie). - Slightly faster at melee attacks than a Skeever, perhaps. Also faster-moving. --- Appearance It's a white rabbit. - Approx. 1.10x the size of a normal rabbit, perhaps (going by Console setscale standard). - Red eyes of a light shade. Not too deep of a reddish colour. When in combat, he opens his mouth part-ways, revealing large fangs. He may also glow, depending on the magic he uses. --- Quick FAQs Marriage material? - maybe...? Perhaps he could bring you dead things and that would be your Homecooked Meal. Who knows. No bestiality. Please. Bunny Armour? Craftable? - Hell yes. But not in the Alpha stage, I don't think. Idle Chatter? Location-specific? - Yes. And yes, if possible. Does he have a name? - Yes. I just haven't thought of something fitting (or at least funny), yet. Carrying things? - Yes, but probably no more than 100 weight. He's a damn rabbit. Even if he's got superpowers. inspired by a few things... Monty Python, obviously. Barbas Quest, "A Daedra's Best Friend". The INIGO mod. Rabbits Kingdom. Amazing Follower Tweaks. Probably a few other things I can't recall immediately.

Is there, by chance, a mod for this??? Would be super awesome if all the rabbits in Skyrim were white and hostile to everything. Jumping/flying at you when they attack would be a plus. And if there was any way to make NPCs shout "Run away! Run Away!" when a rabbit started attacking them, that would be hilarious (although, that's probably harder to mod into the original game scripting). If this isn't already a thing, hopefully, this post inspires someone to create it! Or if I just missed it in my search through Nexus, please link it. Thanks!

while ive been waiting for my pay check to roll in, so i can start getting parts to re-build my old machine, i decided to pass the time modding and playing skyrim. (using a poop-tastic laptop for the moment) ..... only to find... theres not a single mod that adds a rabbit/bunny/lagomorph race that is playable to the game. i just want the khajiit, but bunny. ;-; why world... y? ;-; if anyone has some knowledge of where i can find a mod for this, i would give them eternal cookie points. i even tried going to the steam workshop. i did find one mod for it but its barely acceptable in looks and refuses to function. ;-;

I'm considering jumping back down the rabbit hole of ES modding. I found that Oblivion was marginally easier to mod than Skyrim. Obviously, I will first be installing all necessary unofficial patches. Afterwards... Yes, I will be "reclaim the territory" that was lost from Daggerfall. In other words, characters should be all nude if you strip them. Initially, I thought that this would be easy. Choose a nude mod for females (HGEC), and choose a nude mod for males (probably Robert's newest version, which I believe is 5, unless someone says otherwise). However, browsing through my download history, I found https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/40048 Apparently, getting nude mods for both males and females screw up Khajiit textures. Obviously, this is not covered in the unofficial patch as it is a fix for a mod. Hopefully, this fixes that, but are there any other glitches that I should be aware of that are not covered by the unofficial patch? Oh, yes, even not counting Khajiits, there are apparently seams that I should be aware of: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/19738 In terms of glitches that have nothing to do with nudity, there is apparently something called the "double face" glitch: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/34753 Between the base game, the aforementioned nude mods, and possibly Modular Beautiful People, are there any other glitches that I should be aware of (hopefully with fix patches)?

Hello, everyone! I have an idea for a mod, and would love having some help creating it, or some guidance on how to create it. I've been downloading mods for my copies of Oblivion and Skyrim for a few months, but have never been active on the forums, because I felt I had nothing to contribute, however, this has changed. Two nights ago i had an idea for a more lighthearted mod that is somewhat lore friendly, based on Monty Python and the Holy Grail. I have a very distinct idea for this mod; it will be quest-oriented, starting with a randomly dropped book that will start you on a quest to find and kill The Beast of Caerbannog, who will, of course, be the boss in this questline. I have outlined a few starter quests and a plot line, however, as i have no experience with modding, i am in need of help creating this mod, with mostly everything but storyline and plot, but suggestions and guidance in that area is welcome as well. Please understand, i am asking to work in collaboration with someone to help flesh out areas of this mod, like the models and any edits or technical things an ultra-noob like myself would not do well with advanced things like modding. Alternatively, if there is anyone who is willing to provide me with advice and guidance, I will try to complete the entire mod myself. Again, this is a lighthearted, very silly mod idea, but if you enjoy that sort of thing, or are interested in more silly quests, then I hope to make this mod enjoyable for those who are tired of the serious quests. So far, I have the following planned: In-depth quest line and story, though the mod length will be short-possibly 15 to 20 short quests. Fully voice-acted NPC, will act as a quest giver. No further plans for this NPC, besides utility. Groups(?) of mutant killer rabbits (Minions of Caerbannog) who will spawn randomly throughout Skyrim, providing several quest objectives. One (small) dungeon, will serve as area for boss fight, when you finally face the Beast of Caerbannog. One possible spell, "Holy Hand Grenade" Possible epic loot. Most likely will be a weapon of some sort. If there is interest in this mod idea, I have more ideas that could be added to make the mod a bit bigger. For those of you not familiar with the Beast or Caerbannog, i will sum up in three words: mutant killer rabbit(s). While the idea of fighting bunnies seems a bit mundane and silly, not to mention incredibly easy for the Dovahkin, I assure you that my plans for this horde of killer furballs is that they will be tough. Enough to provide you with (hopefully) a bit of a challenge. While i know this idea will not appeal to some, I hope that the more silly questline will appeal to enough people that I can make my little idea a reality. Please comment below if you have any suggestions for me, or if you are willing to offer your skills or guidance. Let me know, do you enjoy more 'silly' quests? Or just comment with some general feedback on my idea. If you are aware of a mod similar to this, please let me know. i dont' want to steal someone's idea. Thanks so much, everyone!

Rabbits have disappeared from my game entirely. My character is lvl 80, and I haven't seen a rabbit in several months.They're not spawning anywhere, it's as if they're extinct. I don't fully understand how enemy & creature spawning & level-scaling works, but I haven't read anything to indicate that lvl 1 creatures should stop appearing for high-level characters. And I still encounter wild foxes, deer, wolfes, goats, & the like, all the time. It's only rabbits that I'm noticing are gone. This particularly bugs me because I have a mod called "Achieve That" (link: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30212/? ...and one of the achievements within this mod is called "Slaughterer", which you earn by killing a certain number rabbits, and rewards you with a permanent damage bonus. The only mod I have that affects rabbits at all (as far as I know) is one called "Rabbit Rage" -- http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30212/? -- but I deactivated that & played for a few hours, wandering all around the countrysides, but still never saw one rabbit. What else could be preventing them from appearing as they should? How can I possibly fix this? Has anyone even heard of a bug like this before?
-
Any chance anyone could make the cat or dog you get to pick at the start swapped to a rabbit? I'd love to see that and have options for different skins for you.

My daughter in the game got a rabbit. There was later a bug and thought it might be the rabbit, so I killed it. It turns out it wasn't the rabbit. I've lost the save and even if I had it, I've progressed too far in the game. I thought maybe she would find a new pet later, but I don't think that they do. If anyone knows Cotton's reference ID or another way to bring it back to life, I'd appreciate it.
